PRYOR, Jean Elaine, 73, a Tucson resident for 34 years, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 25, 1996. Born August 4, 1923 in Everett, WA, Jean moved to Tucson in 1962 with her growing family. She raised five children on the northwest side. Since 1987 Jean has enjoyed her many friends and social activities at Rincon Country West RV Park, where she was member and past president of the RCW Woodcarvers Club; always creating something beautiful with her talented hands. Jean will be missed by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her second husband, William L. Pryor. Jean is survived by five children, David L. Zimmer, Debra A. Zimmer, Bobbi J. Zimmer Johnson, James A. Zimmer, and William W. Zimmer; two step-children, Lynn Pryor Scheyd and William L. Pryor; and nine grandchildren. Also survived by three sisters, Leona Beattie of Sunnyvale, CA, Arline Douglas of Everett, WA, and Caryl Glassman of Marysville, WA. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 1996, 11:00 a.m. at Rincon County West RV Park, 4555 S. Mission Road.

WALTERS, Shirley J., 61, of Oracle, went to be with the Lord, September 25, 1996 in Tucson. Survived by husband, Rev. Ted Walters; sons, Tommy of Oracle, Mark of Portland, TX; daughters, Karen Boyher of Pasadena, TX and Darlene Helm of Deer Park, TX; parents, Paul and Edith Sullivan of Globe; brothers, Kenny, Gary and Dale Sullivan; and six grandchildren. Shirley was pastor’s wife and longtime member of Mammoth Assembly of God; current member of San Manuel Assembly of God. Services Monday 10:00 a.m. EVERGREEN MORTUARY with Pastor Clarence Horn of San Manuel Assembly of God Church officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. WILLCOXSON, Lorraine E., 83, of Tucson, died Thursday, September 26, 1996.Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Carol W. and H. Barton Bogg; grandchildren, Betty Bogg and husband Robert Lee, Nancy Bogg, William Willcoxson and wife Debbie, John Willcoxson; and great-grandsons, Christopher Hickman and William Willcoxson, Jr. Predeceased by husband William G. and son Richard M. She was Past Worthy Matron of Elm Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star of Blue Island, IL. Services will be held at Casas Adobes Congregational Church on Saturday, October 12 at 10:00 a.m, . with Dr. David W. Smith officiating. AGREDANO, Joseph C., of Oracle, Arizona, passed away September 20, 1996. Born December 8, 1917 in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Artemisa “Mitzie” Agredano; sister, Severita Agredano, accompanied in death by sister, Leonarda Agredano. Survived by sons, Joe and William Agredano; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, September 27, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Oracle, St. Helen’s Church. Vigil will begin at 7:00. Funeral Mass 8:00 a.m. Saturday, September 28 at St. Helen’s Church, burial will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery, Tucson, AZ. Flowers may be sent to St. Helen’s Church. CAMERON, Florence Judd, 83, passed away September 24, 1996 after a short illness. Born June 29, 1913 in Ann Arbor, MI. She moved to Arizona in 1943. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Cameron Pitts; and son, Bruce Judd Cameron; grandchildren, Lawrence Cameron Pitts, Alexander Carl Pitts and James Collier Cameron. Her husband, Harry Vaughen Cameron preceded her in death in 1989. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her name to the Arthritis Foundation, 6464 E. Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85715. D’ONOFRIO, Dominic A., 71, died September 25, 1996. Husband of Mary Ann D’Onofrio of Tucson; father of Margaret (Allan) Clement of Brownsville, TN, Anthony (Karen) D’Onofrio of San Francisco, CA, Elizabeth D’Onofrio of Tucson and Maria (Darrin) Spurgeon of Tucson; grandfather of Jennifer Clement and Andrew Clement, both of Brownsville, TN, Dominique D’Onofrio of San Francisco, CA and USMC Lt. Gary(Jennifer) Clement of Okinawa, Japan; father of adopted daughter, Diane Durand; brother of Agustino (Rose) D’Onofrio of Detroit, MI; brother-in-law of Rosemarie D’Onofrio of Detroit, MI and Daniel Clifford of FL. He was a graduate of WWII Naval Training Program of the University of Michigan and Lawrence Technological University of MI. He was a retired electrical engineer of Bendix Aero Space Company. He was an Ensign US Navy, 1943-1946, Reserve 1946-1950. Also a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 28 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery. STEAGALL, Edna F., 62, resident of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Burlington, NC, passed away September 25, 1996 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband, Don after 45 years of marriage. Edna dedicated her life and treasured her husband, five children, five grandchildren and her little dog, Rusty. We will truly miss her loving smile and kind words. Preceded in death by her mother, Daisy; father, Ernest; brother, E.L.; and step-mother, Mary Funderburk. Survived by daughters, Shari (Gil) Feldman, Lisa (Ward) Steagall; sons, Tony (Penny), Terry (Jean) and Todd (Kim); grandchildren, Brooke, Shannon and Gabriel Feldman, Cory and Brittany Steagall. Also survived by sisters, Audrey Cochran, Lorene Perkins, and Estelle Sartin. Edna had numerous family and friends that loved her and will miss her deeply. BARTLETT, Ramon Jose, 10, of Las Vegas, went with the angels September 21, 1996. Survived by mother, Maria Estrada; sister, Juliana; brother, Eric deceased; grandparents, Edward and Helen Sabo; uncles, Carlos, Seneca; aunt, Yvette Sabo; and cousin, Rene. We will miss you.

CRAIG, Marjorie L., 78, a Tucson resident for 43 years, passed away on September 23, 1996. Born March 10, 1918 in Wolf Creek, Ohio. Graduated from Ohio State University. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert S. Craig, and is survived by four children, Herb Craig (Emerald), Wally Craig (Barbara), Linda Andaloro (Michael), Jim Craig (Annette); and by eight grandchildren. Marjorie “Nana” was loved by all who were blessed to be part of her life. Memorial Services will be held at Catalina United Methodist Church, 2700 E. Speedway, Saturday, September 28, at 9:30 a.m.

GOFF, Rev. Reginald F., 90, resident of Tucson since 1963, passed away September 23, 1996. Born in Clarksburg, Ontario, Canada, December 7, 1905. He is survived by his wife, Verla; a son, James and wife Ann of Tucson; a daughter Ruth and husband the Rev. Robert Penton of Mobile, Alabama. “Reg” was the proud grandfather of Amy Goff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews in Canada. Upon graduating from Asbury College in Wilmore, KY, Reg and Verla were married and began a 27 year pastoral ministry in the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Methodist Church. This included long pastorates in Trementon, Utah and Worland, Wyoming. He continued for an additional 23 years in ministry as leader of Prayer Life Seminars, Retreat speaker, and in missionary work which took him to every state in the U.S. as well as Canada, Mexico, Africa, South America, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, India and Pakistan. He was a popular speaker in Christian Ashrams, Camps Farthest Out, and various denominational Churches. He was the author of two books: “Prayer, An Exciting Adventure’ and “Helps For Praying Christians’. Memorial Service will be held for Rev. Goff Tuesday, October 1 at 1:00 p.m. in First United Methodist Church, 915 E. 4th St, with Pastor Rev. David Devereaux officiating. Private interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be given to First United Methodist Church, Tucson; Circle J. Ranch, Wyoming; or Association of Camps Farthest Out. He loved people so much and will be deeply loved and missed by his family and scores of friends around the world.

KORTUM, Maxwell A., 88, of Tucson, died September 25, 1996. Survived by children, Maxwell D. (Carol) of Marana, Suzanne Strickland of Tucson, Terry Kortum of Buffalo, NY, Russel (Pat) of Angola, NY; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 28, at Enchanted Hills Baptist Church with Rev. David Swartz, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Salvation Army.
