TRAVIS, Dorothy Frances Camden Goforth. We are celebrating the life of Dorothy Frances Camden Goforth Travis, beloved wife and mother who left us January 20, 1997. She was born on the 16th day of August 1943 in Barberton, Ohio to Bernadine Smith Camden and Herbert F. Camden. 'Dot', as most of her affectionate friends called her, lived in Charlotte, NC. She worked for First Union Bank and Eastern Airlines which brought her to Tucson, AZ in 1979. When Eastern dissolved she took a position with Pima County Superior Courts, because of failing health she took a early retirement in 1996. She was mourned by her devoted husband of 12 years, Carl J. Travis of Tucson; four children, Lynne Goforth Sanders, Jacqueline Goforth Herring, Michael A.Travis and Susan Travis Mangione and seven grandchildren: Jenilee, Rachel, Kevin Sanders, Brianna and Aaron Herring, Nikole and Chelsea Mangione. Memorial Services will be held at Christ Church Untied Methodist, 655 N. GUTIERREZ, Narciso. Former Trackman of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, died Monday, December 30, 1996 in Tepatitaian, Jalisco, Mexico. He was 94 years old. He is survived by his five daughters and one son, Eleanor of Phoenix, AZ, Mary, Lenna, Roseann of Chicago, IL, Gloria of Tucson, AZ and Joe of San Jose, CA; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Narciso was born on Rancho El Tepozan, Arandes, Jalisco, Mexico, but went to the United States as a young man. He was hired on the B & O Railroad in 1927 and retired in 1967. He lived in Youngstown, Ohio while working as a Trackman. He and his wife traveled to Mexico, Illinois, Ohio and California to visit their family and friends, but chose Tucson as their home.

MILLIGAN, Louise Marguerite, born May 7, 1907, in Cedar Rapids, IA, passed away January 16, 1997. Predeceased in death by her parents, Alex and Amy Milligan. Survived by cousins, Herbert Vincent and William Vincent, Iowa City, IA; cousins, Carol Kucheman Fromuth and Clark Kucheman, Chesterfield, MO and Louis Lehman. She graduated from Tucson High and the University of Arizona; attended librarian school in Los Angeles and received her certificate. She worked in the University of Arizona Library and was invited by her former boss to join him at Oregon State University. She was on staff at Oregon State University for 16 years and retired as assistant catalogue librarian and returned to Tucson. She was a member of and very active in Daughters of the American Revolution, a contributor to the Arizona Girls Ranch and enjoyed concerts and picnics.
