MILLER, Fredrick H., 62, of Tucson, died February 13, 1997. He is survived by his wife, Pat; daughters, Sue, Jean and Kathryn; sons, Mark and Andrew and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Steven and Matthew. Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 1997 at 12:00 noon at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 3201 E. Presidio. SPENCE, Wendell, Jr., 71, died February 15, 1997. Survived by his son, Wendell 'Dell' and his wife, Susan Spence; grandchildren, Paige Candace Nagy, Wendell Spence IV, Rachel Lauren, Mason Amanda and Kendall Michelle Spence; sister, Mary Hickman. Wendell was born in Douglas, AZ and a life resident of Arizona. Served with the U.S. Navy 1944 to 1947. URBINA, Anita Tellez, 84, of Tucson, passed away February 14, 1997. Preceded in death by husband, Manuel A. Urbina, parents, Trinidad and Juana Tellez, brothers, Trinidad Jr., Marcos, Henry, Luis, and Nicolas. Survived by daughters, Viola (Humberto) Soto, Angie Benitez (Augustine Otero Jr.); sons, Oscar (Carol) Tellez, Carlos Munguia Jr., Nick (Leilani) Gomez Jr.; sister, Virginia (Joe) Ramirez; brother, Juan (Natalia) Tellez. Also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 1997 from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. at CARRILLO’S TUCSON MORTUARY, South Chapel, 240 S Stone Ave., with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered Thursday, February 20, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Margaret’s Church, 801 N Grande Ave. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. WHEELER, Frances Fournier, passed away peacefully on February 12, 1997 after having suffered a stroke 10 years prior. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on February 19, 1997 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 505 La Canada Drive, Green Valley, AZ. Mrs. Wheeler was predeceased by her first husband, Fred Fournier, and son Michael. She is survived by husband, Fred Wheeler; and children, Nancy Brennan, David Fournier, Michelle Launi, Denise Morales and Ann Anderson; sisters, Jennie Toman and Celia Sawdon; and six grandchildren. Mrs. Wheeler is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Fran was born in Buffalo, NY, resided in Wayne and Oakland Counties, Michigan. She moved to Green Valley in 1983, where she maintained an active and fulfilling life. She was involved with Our Lady of the Valley Women's Guild, the Golden Age Club, Friends of Madeira Canyon, Casas Paloma II Swimnastics, and the American Legion Auxiliary. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Wheelers’memory may be made to The American Cancer Society, Carondelet Hospice of Green Valley, or to the charity of your choice.

WILLIS, Gerald E., passed away at home on February 15, 1997. Preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and one brother. Survived by his wife, Phyllis J. Willis; four children and four step children. There will be no services.

ALMEIDA, Artemisa, 88, of Tucson, passed away February 15, 1997. Preceded in death by husband, Jose J. Almeida; daughters, Elvira Almeida, Eva Mesa, and dear friends, Aurora, Aurelia, Rita, and Petra. Survived by sons, Jose Alberto (Micaela) Almeida, Rudy (Frances) Almeida, Alex (Cecilia) Almeida; brother, Ricardo Arvizu. Also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. ARIZPURU, Abelardo O., Sr., 57, of Tucson, died February 14, 1997. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Belle (Silver) Deutsch; son, Larry Nathan Deutsch of Chicago, IL; daughter, Francine Silver (Deutsch) Reiner of Tucson; sister, the last of nine siblings, Sara Ranart of Coconut Creek, FL; grandchildren, Loren Hart (Jason Harris) Deutsch, Cathy Deutsch, Leigh Deutsch, all of Chicago, Ronald Scott (Rollis) Hyman of Tucson, Kenneth Ross (Mary-Lyn) Hyman of Los Angeles, CA, Lynne Stacey (Thomas William Warne) Warne of Bellevue, WA; step-grandchildren, Jody (David) Jones of Flagstaff, Lynn Ann (William) Sivilli of Pompano Beach, FL, David Scott Reiner of Tucson; great-grandchildren, Matthew Jacob Hyman, Daniel Alexander Hyman, Jennifer Leigh Warne, Emily Kathryn Warne, Gertie Koufax Harris; step-great-grandchildren, Joshua David Jones, Nicholas Jones, Lauren Sivilli and Rachel Sivilli; many nieces and nephews. Services were held Sunday, 1:30 p.m., Congregation Anshei Israel, 5550 E 5th St., with Rabbi Arthur R. Oleisky and Cantor Ivor Lichterman officiating. Interment Congregation Anshei Israel Section of Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY and CEMETERY, N. Oracle and W. Miracle Mile. HAWKS, Kenneth H., 66, died February 14, 1997. Husband of Jenny Hawks; father of Kena (Cory) McClure of South Carolina and Susan Hawks of Tucson; brother of Joyce (Ron) Swanson of Texas, Harold (Nancy) Hawks of Michigan, and Robert (Helen) Hawks of Tucson; grandfather of Bethany and David McClure; several nieces, nephews, and great-aunts also survive. Funeral Service, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 18, 1997 at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, with Cory McClure officiating. KLEIN, Raymond L., 76, of Tucson, died February 14, 1997. Former Professor at the University of Arizona. Member of UA Retirement Assoc., Pima Council of Aging Legislative Action Committee, Lutheran Church Extension Fund, and Elks Lodge #385. Survived by wife, Josephine B. of Tucson; and by nieces, Sharon and Barbara of Wisconsin. Memorial Service Tuesday, February 18, 1997 at 11:00 a.m. at Fountain of Life Lutheran Church, 710 S Kolb Rd. KRELOFF, Judith Ann, 59, of Tucson, died February 15, 1997. Survivors include her loving husband of 25 years, Herschel; two sons, Stephen (Amy) and Todd Mathias; parents, Joe and Florence Wilhoite; one aunt, Dorothy Morebeck, and several cousins all of California. Retiring after 33 years of teaching in the T.U.S.D., Mrs. Kreloff was formerly President of the Tucson Education Association. She had been a member of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra and was presently a member of the Civic Orchestra of Tucson and the Tucson Concert Band. Other organizations she had membership in included Delta Kappa Gamma, Arizona A Chapter of T.T.T. and Several Masonic organizations. Funeral services will be at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chaple, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway), 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 1997, with the reverend Liz Huskey officiating. Interment to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.

SINOHUI, Francisco C., 53, of Tucson, passed away February 13, 1997. Survived by wife, Armida Sinohui; daughter, Gloria Sinohui (Rudy Rodriguez); sons, David (Denise) Morris, Frank (Chrisann Rodriguez) Sinohui; sister, Adalina (Ron) Sinohui;brother, Santiago (Rosemary) Sinohui. COLHENERO, Carlos A., 70, died February 9, 1997 in Tucson, lived in San Diego, CA, 32 years. He is with his son, Anthony and Our Lord now. Ex-husband of Carmen Roman for 35 years; beloved father of Gloria (Tony) Lope of T.J., Carlos (Norma) Tuc., Carmen (Felix) Diaz, Manny (Gloria) Ramon (Carol) Rueben (Cheryl) S.D. Johnny (Martha) Riverside; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother of Cruz, Tuc., Petra and Panchita of CA. Rosary, Monday 7:00 p.m., ADAIR FUNERAL, Speedway and Dodge. EDDY, Richard, Tucson has lost one of its most decent, caring real estate professionals with the sudden passing of Richard Eddy. Richard Eddy was born to Robert and Yvonne Eddy on March 7, 1943 in Long Beach, California. He was raised in Bakersfield, California where he attended elementary, junior high and high school. Richard graduated from Fresno State University, School of Business Administration in 1963. He served as a non-commissioned officer in the US Air Corps Flight Operations at Castle Air Force Base, California. In 1967 he was stationed in Saigon during the Vietnam War and returned to the United States where he concluded his term of service at Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson in 1968. Richard remained in Tucson and started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 1969. He was consistently one of the top retail brokers in Tucson. In 1983 he started Centrecor Development Company where the focus was on retail development and brokerage. Since 1992, Richard was the designated broker at Bourn Properties, Inc. where he specialized in tenant and landlord representation. Richard, as a broker, served an important role in the development of grocery anchor neighborhood shopping centers throughout Tucson. Richard was also involved with the initial leasing team for the Tucson Mall and Park Mall. Richard will be greatly missed by the commercial real estate community. In 1972, Richard married Jane Kleinsmith in Tucson. Richard is survived by his four sons, Ryan (currently attending ASU), Kevin, Steven and John (attending school in Tucson); his fiancee, Susan Anderson and her children, Locke and Casey all in Tucson; his mother, Yvonne C. Snyder of Irvine, California; his father, Robert N. Eddy and his wife, Karen of Bakersfield, California; his brother, William N. Eddy and his fiancee, Linda Bartholomew of Irving, California and his sister, Jennifer McClintock of Bakersfield, California. Richard is also survived by many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Richard was a wonderful and loving father to his four sons and participated tremendously in their lives. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 13, 1997 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 750 West Chapala Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Richard G.
