BREWER, Frances Elaine, 73 years old, died Sunday, April 13, 1997 in Tucson. Affectionately known as 'Gran Fran' to friends and family. Mom’s 'open house' policy of all of her children’s friends endeared her to many. Little did we know how much she was sheperding these youthful souls through their formative years. She was mom to many. Her legacy to her children was her storytelling and teachings in loving and retaining friends. We now know through our family of friendships what she gave us.
