Francis Kiker born on May 31, 1916 in Cushing, Nebraska , passed away on July 9, 2002 at YRMC at the age of 86. Francis was superintendant of schools in Nebraska and a Legal Secretary in Dallas, Texas. She was also a member of PEO- Chapter AG.
Francis is survived by her niece Francis J. Reilly of New Jersey.
Francis is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Ora Kiker and sisters, Grace Reilly and Jo Hargrove.
Funeral services will be held at Yuma Mortuary on July 12, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Bill Watkins officiating. Her final resting place will be at Desert Lawn Memorial.

Luce Irwin
In loving memory of Luce Irwin. She passed away on March 25, 2002 in Yuma, AZ. She was born in France. She was a tailor and a seamstress.
Luce is survived by her son Michel Irwin of Kingman, AZ and Daughter Gisele Irwin of Yuma.;3 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard. Richard retired to Yuma from the U.S. Army in 1969.
Her wishes were to be cremated. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, March 30th, at the home at 1:00 pm for a celebration of life.
Juanita Zaragoza Martinez
Juanita Zaragoza Martinez, 81 passed away in Yuma, Arizona. She was born December 24, 1920 in Hayden, AZ.
She worked with yuma Mesa Fruit Growers and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
She is survived by her daughters Gloria Z. Martinez, Juanita Pilon and Eva Jurado. Sons Refugio “Fugi” Martinez and Daniel Martinez. Sister Josephine Tesso and brother Ralph Zaragoza. 12 grand children and 26 great-grandchildren.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Jesus D. Martinez, Son Jesse Z. Martinez, Jr; daughters Esther Perez and Virginia Campuzano.
Visitation will be at Johnson Mortuary, on Thursday, March 28, 2002 from 5:00pm-8:00pm
Funeral services will be on March 29, 2002 at 10:00 am.
Pallbearers are Barney Perez, Mark Pilon, Jaime Martinez, Benjamin Perez, Danny Martinez and Lee Allen Banford.
Honorary Bearers are Refugio Martinez.
Charles E. Hayes
Charles E. Hayes, 83 of Yuma, AZ passed away Monday, March 25, 2002 at the La Mesa Care Center in Yuma, AZ.
Mr. Hayes was born May 18, 1918 in Belton, Texas to the late Chester and Roberta Hayes. He married Maggie Belle Clevenger on December 6, 1941. Mr. Hayes was a veteran of World War II, service in Company B-142nd Infantry-36th Division, and received the Purple Heart in the European Theatre.
He was retired from Imperial Irrigation District. He was a member of the Grace Church of the Nazarene in Yuma, AZ.
Survivors include his wife, Maggie Hayes of Yuma, Arizona; One son, William Everett Hayes of Yuma, Arizona; One daughter, Vicky Beth Franklin of Prescott, Arizona; One sister, Ann Rozzell of Abilene, Texas; Four grandchildren: Ron Hayes of Yuma, Arizona; Bob Hayes of Phoenix, Arizona; Amber Hitson of Prescott, Arizona; RJ Franklin of Prescott, Arizona; And one great-grandchild, Madeleine Hayes of Yuma, Arizona.
Viewing for Mr. Hayes will be Wednesday, March 27 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Johnson Mortuary. Services will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Johnson Mortuary.

Oscar Schilliger, 81, of Yuma, died March 25, 2002, in Yuma.
A retired electrician, he was born Feb. 24, 1921, in Leonardson, Ohio.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. at Johnson Mortuary. Graveside services will be in Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
Manford Moore, 86, of Yuma, died March 20, 2002, in Yuma Regional Medical Center.
A retired truck driver, he was born June 8, 1915, in Michigan.
Graveside services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.

Miriam “Marti” Hoagland
Miriam Hoagland, 53, passed away February 5, 2003 at YRMC. She was born March 20, 1949 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Marti worked for the State of Arizona for several years.She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and was also a member of Marriage Encounter, Engaged Encounter, and taught CCD for two years.Marti served in the U.S. Navy for three years and also earned her AA Degree in Social Services.
Marti is survived by her husband of 32 years, Robert Hoagland; daughters, Tracey (Dan) Branaugh; and Trisha (Andrew) Thompson all of Yuma; her father, Hipolito Martinez of Puerto Rico; four grandchildren, and 18 nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Martinez, and her son, Jeffrey Hoagland.
Visitation will be at Johnson Mortuary on February 7, 2003 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m., with Wake and Rosary following from 7:00-8:00 p.m.Memorial services will be at Immaculate Conception on February 8, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. with Msgr. O’Keefe officiating.Marti’s final resting place will be Desert Lawn Cemetery.
Patrick Michael Feiler
Patrick Michael Feiler, 11, Bismarck, ND, left his mother's arms on February 3, 2003, and now rests in the arms of his Heavenly Father. Patrick was born on November 8, 1991 in Bismarck, ND. The son of Michael and Paula (Schumacher) Feiler. He fought a courageous battle against a brain tumor, which was diagnosed in December of 2000.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit on Saturday, 10:30 AM. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bismarck. Visitation will be at the Parkway Funeral Service on Friday from 1:00 – 7:00 PM only. The family prefers memorials to the St. Alexius Employee Emergency Fund.
