Letty is survived by her husband, Rudolph Ramon, her loving children, Rudy, John, Eddie, Patricia, Monse, and Cesar, 15 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Gary Lee Smith
Gary Lee Smith, 51, of Oakwood, passed away, Friday, May 30, 2003.
Gary graduated from Centerville High School, Bowling Green State University and the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Gary worked for 26 years for Reynolds and Reynolds in various positions including Vice President of Marketing. He later was associated with Scitex Digital Printing, Inc. as Vice President of Marketing. Gary was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Dayton Country Club and Leadership Dayton as well as other community organizations.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Ben Haverstick of Oakwood; sons Weston and Gregory of Oakwood; sister, Beverly Stallman and brother, Stan Smith and his wife, RosAnn of Yuma; as well as many other relatives and friends. Gary loved life and his family and he will always be in our hearts.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, June 4, at Routsong Funeral home, 6 Oakwood Ave., Oakwood with Pastor Barry DeShelter officiating. The family will receive visitors 1 hour prior. If desired, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Gary’s memory. Ruth Anna Wallace
Ruth Anna Wallace, 73, passed away June 1, 2003 in Yuma. She was born April 4, 1930 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Ruth worked for 18 years as an LPN at Yuma Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Yuma. After her husband passed away in 1959, Ruth raised six children alone.
She is survived by her sons, James Wallace of North Carolina, David Wallace of Molalla, Oregon, Jonathan Wallace of Florida, Daniel Wallace of Phoenix, Arizona, and Joel Wallace of California; daughter, Dorothy (Wallace) Lehman of Fountain Valley, California; brothers, James Holmes of Alabama, Charles Holmes of Las Vegas, Nevada, Terry Holmes of New York; sisters, Florence Holmes of New York, Bertha Gravanda of Las Vegas, Nevada, Rosemary Tilton of New York; 18 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Burr Wallace, in 1959 and her sister, Thelia Holmes, in 2002.
Services will be at the First Christian Church of Yuma on Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at 9:00 a.m., with Dr. Parish officiating. Her final resting place will be in Franklinville, New York. Memorial donations can be made to First Christian Church, 221 E. 26th Place, Yuma, AZ, 85365.
Lily Mable McPherson
Lily Mable McPherson, 79, passed away at home Saturday, May 31, 2003 after a long illness.
Mable worked for Jersey Farms delivering milk on the Yuma Mesa, she also worked for Yellow Taxi as a dispatcher and bookkeeper.
Mable loved gardening and working in her yard in flagstaff. She had received many awards fro the City of Flagstaff for her home beautification. Mable and her late husband, Mac also enjoyed camping and traveling after his retirement from Greyhound Bus Company.
Mable is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Ken) Slaughter; son Jeff (Clara) Edington; sister Margaret Kirk of Vacaville, California; brother, Thomas Billings of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Mable is also survived by six wonderful grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mable was preceded in death by her beloved husband, W.R Mac McPhearson and Mr. & Mrs. C.H “Pete” Blasingame, longtime Yuma residents.
A memorial service will be held at Johnson Mortuary on Tuesday, June 3, 2003 at 1: 30pm. Mable’s final resting place will Desert Lawn. Donations can be made to Hospice of Yuma, 1824 S. 8th Ave.
Alice B. Ish
Alice B. Ish died May 30, 2003, at her Yuma residence at age 85.
Born March 27, 1918, in Chicago, she had been a real estate broker.
Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Johnson Mortuary, with rosary at 4 p.m.
A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego.

Kenneth O. Wiscarson of Yuma died May 30, 2003, at his Yuma home at age 71.
He was born May 14, 1932, in the Philippines and was a retired civil service employee.
A memorial service will take place 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kammann Mortuary, who is handling private cremation.

Roy Henry Rusch of Yuma died June 1, 2003, at his Yuma home at age 69.
He was born Nov. 7, 1933, in Southard, Okla., and was a heavy equipment operator for a construction company.

Everett Fay Dale died Sept. 28, 2003, in Yuma at 81.
Born Jan. 14, 1922, in Randall, Kan., the Yuma resident was a railroad machinist.
A memorial service will be at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday at Cherry Hills Community Church in Denver. Burial will follow at Fort Logan in Denver.

He was born July 13, 1954, in Glendale, Calif., and was a machinist.

Former Yuman Janice Marie Williamsdied Sept. 22, 2003, in Arkansas at age 62.
She was born Oct. 25, 1940, in Trinidad, Colo., and was a homemaker. She lived in Yuma from 1964 to 1984.
