Many Tucson residents knew Nadine from the custom drapery work she created for many homes throughout her 56 year professional career. Her kind southern nature always warmed the hearts of all who wandered along her path. Her eyesight became bad in 1997 forcing her to quit sewing. She had always been so very independent and strong, she did not except these limitations easily. It was then that we began to see the hands of time wearing on her. Her mind was sharp and her will eager. However, her 87 year old body was beginning to fail her.
