Lost Grandchild

Hello forum: My biological grandchild was stolen from my daughter like a child stolen from a slave mother! The judge who allowed this is "Lisa Aversa Richette" Phila former homicide judge. This judge who did not know family law violated my duaghters rights. Ironically she is the same judge who aquitted my son's killer. My bother Junious Standford Glover filed for custody and was awarded custody via a horrible department of human service agency here in Philadelphia. I appeared in court on September 22 of 2006 and got no justice as a grandparent! I asked that the judge remove herself because of conflict of interest in the homicide case of my son. My Mother has just died and I was going through a vicious estate case which involved fraud. My brother was the cohort in this also. I fought him in court and won a decree in my favor. It cost me a lot of money. Our family home was sold with a forged deed and no law inforcement angency here in Philadelphia did a thing about it! So, I lost our family home and my grandchild by the hands of this criminal "Junious Standford Glover" My children or my oldest daughter have not seen Safiya at all. I have not seen her since she left the nursey at University hospital in Philadelphia. She was born on May 10 2004. My children and I are devasted. The department of Human Services here in Phildelphia has been charged with destroying families and children have even died. My bother has a conviction of Drinking and Driving and almost killed some people on the Atlantic City Highway. So, there wasn't much background screening. My record is clean. Community activist, drug free, mother and grandmother. I get chest pains when think about my grandchild. I wouldn't even know what she looks like. The motive of my bother's hatred is that I exposed the paternity issues in our family
back in 2003 a few months before my mother passed. My sibling carry the surname of "Glover" but I'm the only child of my father Hugh Glover. My brother's father is Walter Woodard deceased in 1999 of Philadelphia.. All I know is my brother works in the casino in Atlantic City and lives somewhere in Absecan, NJ. Little Safyah is African American. My beloved daugther, mother of Safyah suffers from anxiety, and depression. She has no drug addiction and is not violent. Her rights were totally violated as a mentally challeged person. I had a million forces working against me. If anyone has seen my grandaughter please drop me a line. I don't have the money legally to fight to get her back at this particular time. I keep a journal of events and want her to know we think about her everyday. She has immediate family she has never seen. She has no business in the custody of my brother. My heart breaks for my daughter Gemetrice and my other children ages 21, 22, and 10 are devastged because they have never seen her. Sometime I wonder if we are living in a third world country! Thee same judge who aquitted the murdered of my son gave my grandchild away too!
