Father and Aunt - Harlan Ralph George Welch

I am trying to find out any information on Harlan Ralph George Welch(my father) and his sister Beatrice E.J.Welch. Harlan born Nov. 10,1924 and Beatrice was born Oct. 15, 1914. Their parents were Hugh Edward Welch and Emma Ida Welch(nee Dierker). They were born in St.Charles,Missouri and there were 2 other children.
I have been told that both Harlan and Beatrice died, but have found no proof thus far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
