Hello,
This woman was my step-children's mother. We have looked for her for many years and now have found her listed in the SSDI. Any information would be helpful, but needless to say, the children at least want to know "where and how" she died. I've used every free resource, but have come up empty. Unfortunately, fee based resources are not appropriate for us at this time (I have found I don't know enough about them to avoid the "rip-offs & scams" as well).
Here is the information I have:

Her maiden name was Fogle; born in E. St. Louis Ill.; daughter of Eugene "Gene" Fogle (Died in Ill. in 1982 or 83). She sometimes used the middle name "Jean". Her first marriage was to Kenneth McDaniel (1) Child; another relationship was with D. Womack (4 children); the children's birth records use all three of the different surnames in different combinations, at differrent times.
She was known to use several aliases, but most often went by Tammy or T.J. There should be a criminal record in FL, where she served time for drug possesion (repeat offender) Her last known address in FL was in Port St Lucie.
Other addresses would include (but are not limited to) San Diego (Cty) CA, about 1986-88; Pt St Lucie, FL, 1989 and 1992(3)+; Colorado Springs, CO, 1992-93.
I am a web developer, and as such would be willing to trade work on a web page or on graphics or pictures (restoration, etc) to compensate for valuable time and other resources.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, even just tips to help us find the information to close this very painful chapter of my husband and children's lives.
