My name is Robert Cole Tuttle; adopted name is Rennie. Our father, Robert Cole Tuttle, Sr., is now passed on. Born in Carthage, NY, but lived in Watertown, New York, most of his life. He had a child with a woman in Watertown, New York; I'm not sure the of her name or the D.O.B. I think the mother's name is Vera or something with a V. I think the year was 1988 or 1989, that dss took my sister away from our home at 636 Boyd St. upper apt. I had been living with my father for about 2 months and have no idea why they took her. My father would never tell me why. The last I heard she was adopted and they moved to Florida. My main concern is to find her and reunite with her because she has 4 siblings that she needs to know about. All 4 of us were adopted at a young age also, so she is not alone. I just want to say to her that she has older brothers and sisters she can count on. It was hard on all of us. Can anyone please, please help me?
