Mr. Sabelis is survived by his wife of 49 years, Virginia Sabelis of Oceanside; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Eva Sabelis of Oceanside; daughters and sons-in-law Rebecca and David Gordon of Vista and Jewel and Michael Biddle of San Clemente; and grandchildren Michael, Beth Ann and John Kucharski, Matthew Biddle, Cecia, Marc and Daniel Sabelis and Scott Gordon.

Born May 10, 1919, in Wyoming, he lived in Oceanside for 19 years. He was a real estate broker for Fredericks Development before retiring.
Mr. Stanley is survived by his wife of 51 years, Virginia Stanley of Oceanside.

Born March 13, 1907, in Hungary, she lived in Romoland for 43 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baha'i' faith and a founding member of the first Local Spiritual Assembly of Three Lakes.
Mrs. Kurianski is survived by her sons, Carlos Kurianski of Romoland and Stanley Kurianski of New York City; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Tuesday, March 28, at Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory in Sun City. A funeral service followed. Burial took place at Perris Valley Cemetery.

SUN CITY - Raymond Manuel "Ray" Ochoa, 54, died Monday, March 27, 2000, of cancer, at City of Hope in Duarte.
Born Dec. 25, 1945, in Antioch, he lived in Sun City for five years. He was an administrator for the U.S. Air Force and had served in the U.S. Air Force from 1965 to 1986. He was awarded Airman of the Year in 1978 at Georgia Air Force base and was sports director at Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii.
Mr. Ochoa is survived by his wife, Rufina Ochoa of Las Vegas; mother Rose Ochoa of Sun City; son Raymond Ochoa of Las Vegas; daughters Rose Davis and Raquel Ochoa, both of Las Vegas; brother Gary Ochoa of St. Louis; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., with a rosary recited at 7 p.m., today, March 29, at Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory in Sun City. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 30, at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, with the Rev. Michael O'Day officiating. Burial will take place at Riverside National Cemetery.

Born July 27, 1908, in Randolph, Neb., she lived in Escondido for 22 years. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Eastern Star since she was 18 years old and was a Past Worthy Matron in Lakewood, Colo. She was Past Mother Advisor of the Columbine Assembly of Rainbow Girls in Lakewood.
Mrs. Rumin is survived by her husband of 64 years, Carl Werner Rumin of Escondido; sons James M. Rumin of Arizona and David Rumin of Colorado; daughter Linda Diane Chapman of Colorado; sister Madeleine Green of Colorado; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

OCEANSIDE - William W. "Bill" Allen, 80, died Saturday, March 18, 2000, of complications from cancer, in Oceanside.
Born June 9, 1919, in Phoenix, he lived in Oceanside for 23 years. He worked in moving and storage for Bekins, Chambers Mayflower and Lightning/Allied Van Lines in the Phoenix area and Lyons Van Lines, retiring in 1981. He was a member of Teamsters Local 104 and a 1937 graduate of Phoenix Union High School. He was elected a lifetime member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elk, Lodge No. 335 in Phoenix and helped to develop the senior citizens softball league in Southern California.
Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his sons, Larry Allen and Ronald Allen; and grandson Shawn. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Allen; sons Donald Allen and Brian Allen; daughters Linda Allen, Cindy Allen and Susan Allen; grandchildren Misty, Casey, Adam, Katie, Renesha, Bethany, Hannah, Matthew, Rachel and Daniel; and great-grandchild Micaela.

VISTA - Robert Keith Wright, 76, died Wednesday, March 8, 2000, of aspiration pneumonia, at Tri-City Medical Center.
Born July 17, 1923, in Tompkins Township, Warren County, Ill., he lived n Vista for 45 years. He retired from Prudential Insurance Co. on June 1, 1976. He served as pump station operator with the 784th Army Engineers in Africa and Cologne, France, during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II, and with the U.S. Army from Jan. 7, 1943, until Dec. 2, 1945. He worked for San Diego Gas & Electric and established the Wright Brothers general contracting business.
He was a member of the Oceanside Seventh-day Adventist Church, serving as first elder, coordinator of the Shepherding program, teacher of a Sabbath School class, and helping with the building program.
Mr. Wright is survived by his wife of 56 years, Rose Ann Wright of Vista; sons and daughters-in-law Robert K. Jr. and Jane Wright of Lampasas, Texas, and Richard Lee and Sandee Wright of Candler, N.C.; daughter and son-in-law Patricia Ann and Ralph Rakis of Vista; brother and sister-in-law Homer and Melva Wright of Priest River, Idaho; and grandchildren Aimee Noelle Wright Patterson and husband Travis Patterson, Stacee Lynne Wright and Carol Joanna Wright.

Born June 12, 1941, in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii, he lived in Oceanside for a year and a half and previously lived in Vista for 23 years. After retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps as a first sergeant, he was a security guard for Southern California Edison for 12 years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing and golf.

She attended the University of Toledo, the University of Denver, the Sorbonne in Paris, France and graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor's degree. She received her master of arts in library science degree from the University of Michigan. She also was a librarian at Toledo Public Library, Grosse point Public Library in Michigan and Monterey Peninsula College. She served one year in the Merchant Marines.
Mrs. Middleton was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Middleton on Feb. 5, 2001. She is survived by her son Brad Middleton of Rancho Bernardo; daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Jeffrey Cribb of Temecula; brothers Frank Souder of Belmont and William Souder of Toledo, Ohio; and grandchildren Jordan and Jacob Cribb.

She completed the Master Gardener Training Program from the U.S. Deptartment of Agriculture and University of Southern California. She enjoyed foreign travel, reading and gardening.
