Born May 25, 1955, in Redding, he moved to Granada Hills in 1981 from his birthplace.
He was a construction worker in Granada Hills.
Survivors include wife Marla of Granada Hills; son Danny of Granada Hills; daughters Rachel and Rebecca of Granada Hills; brother Robert of Redding; sister Darla of Redding; and parents Daryl and Marilyn of Redding.

Jack Woolf
REDDING - Jack Layton Woolf, 84, of Redding died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, in Redding.
No services will be conducted.
He was born May 20, 1915, in Medford, Ore.
He was a conductor with the United Transportation Union for Southern Pacific Railroad for 42 years.
Survivors include wife Alice; son Jack of Redding; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by the Neptune Society of Northern California in Chico.
Anne Hucke
REDDING - Services for Anne D. Hucke, 81, of Redding will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Redding.
Burial will be at Lawncrest Memorial Park in Redding.
Mrs. Hucke died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at her residence.
Born May 27, 1918, in Oslo, Norway, she moved to Shasta County in 1963 from Mendocino County.
She was a homemaker, a longtime member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, a former Sunday School teacher and member of the Ladies Association at the church.
Survivors include sons Kent of Las Vegas and John of Redding; daughters Lynn Vernon of Port Angeles, Wash., and Gale of Red Bluff; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Lawncrest Funeral Chapel in Redding.
Claude Ephland
PALO CEDRO - Claude Guyman Ephland, 84, of Palo Cedro, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at Redding Medical Center.
Private family services have been conducted.
Born Dec. 27, 1914, in Milo, Mo., Mr. Ephland moved to Shasta County in 1954 from Missouri.
He was a service officer with the California Department of Employment in Redding, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Church of Christ in Palo Cedro.
Survivors include wife Peggy; sons Jon of Orange, Mark of Crescent City, and Greg of Redding; daughter Sally of Redding; and four grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Palo Cedro.
Jana Lee Myre
SHINGLETOWN - Services for Jana Lee Myre, 54, of Shingletown will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Shingletown.
The Rev. Michael Kiernan of the church will officiate.
Burial will be at Ogburn/Inwood Cemetery
in Shingletown.
Mrs. Myre died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at her residence after a long illness.
Born Dec. 2, 1944, in Montebello, she moved to Shasta County in 1990 from Las Vegas.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include husband Bill; daughter Debra Markiewicz of Sparks, Nev.; brothers Jack Burman Jr. of Paradise and Louie Burman of Vista; and two grandchildren.

Denny Painter
FRENCH GULCH - Denny Dean Painter, 65, of French Gulch died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Private family services will be conducted.
Born May 24, 1934, in Davenport, Iowa, Mr. Painter moved to Shasta County in 1979 from Torrance.
He was the owner and operator of an engine rebuilding firm in Los Angeles.
Survivors include wife Rosalie; sons Robert of Madera, David of French Gulch and Daniel of Visalia; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ruth Mims
ANDERSON - Services for Ruth Mims, 70, of Anderson will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Michael Episcopal Church on Stingy Lane in Anderson.
Burial will be at Anderson District Cemetery.
Mrs. Mims died Sunday, Nov. 21, 1999, at Redding Medical Center.
Born Dec. 5, 1928, in Tucson, Ariz., she moved to Shasta County in 1950 from Stanton.
She was a clerk with the Shasta County supervisors for 10 years and a member of St. Michael Episcopal Church in Anderson.
Survivors include son William Adkison of Anderson; daughters Barbara Erickson of Anderson and Jan Goodman of Cottonwood; brothers Jack Stewart of Beeville, Texas, Jimmy Stewart of Whitehouse, Texas, and Robert Stewart of Buena Park; sisters Irene Ross and Joyce Moody, both of Beeville, and Jane De Moss of Mesa, Ariz.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
