ANDERSON - A memorial service for Richard ''Rick'' Allen Elmers, 47, of Anderson will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Redding Moose Lodge.
Mr. Elmers died Monday, Jan. 24, 2000, in an automobile accident in Anderson.
Born June 18, 1952, in Redding, he was a lifetime resident of Shasta County.
He was a boat builder for Shasta Fiberglass and a member of Moose Lodge 1006 and American Legion in Anderson.
Survivors include wife Debbie; son Travis of Redding; sister Sue Gabrielson of Shasta Lake; father Ray of Shasta Lake; and grandfather Don Griffith of Shasta Lake.
Arrangements are being handled by Lawncrest Chapel in Redding.
Charles Bromagem
REDDING - Memorial services for Charles B. Bromagem, 76, of Redding will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, at Pilgrim Congregational Church, 2850 Foothill Blvd. in Redding.
His ashes will be inurned at Redding Memorial Park.
Mr. Bromagem died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Born Sept. 6, 1923, in Iola, Kan., he moved to Shasta County in 1950 from Westwood.
He worked for Citizens Utilities Co. of California for 36 years where he retired as assistant vice president of revenue requirements, was a member of the Tree House Senior Apartments board, Lorenz Senior Housing board, Citizens Retirees' Association, Nor-Cal R Ranch Club and the Redding East Rotary for 27 years. He was a former member of Daybreakers Toastmasters Club, the California Telephone Association, a past president, past campaign chairman and past board member of United Way, a five-year member of the Private Industry Council Board and the Shasta Housing Development board.
Survivors include wife Lois; son Richard of San Jose; daughters Marjorie Bromagem and Carol Duke, both of Sacramento; brother Herbert of Nampa, Idaho; sister Myrtle Savage of Bartlesville, Okla.; and three grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 3040 Explorer Drive, Suite 1, Sacramento, CA 95827, or the Good News Rescue Mission, 3100 S. Market St., Redding, CA 96001.

SHINGLETOWN - Graveside services for Dorothy Norma Adams, 77, of Shingletown will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Riverside National Cemetery
in Riverside.
Her family will officiate.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Redding.
Mrs. Adams died Tuesday Jan. 25, 2000, at her residence.
Born April 3, 1922, in Moone Ponds, Melbourne, Australia, she moved to Shasta County in 1997 from San Bernardino.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include sons James of Fontana and Randall of Landers; daughters Sharon Butler of Shingletown, Sandra Searle of Dingle, Idaho, Lynda Coulter of Nevada City and Rebecca Czarniak of Redding; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

REDDING - Services for John Alan Carlton, 74, of Redding will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Palo Cedro.
Karen Bones, Kimberly Floyd and Walter Pollock will officiate.
Visitation will be during the services.
Burial will be at Lawncrest Memorial Park in Redding.
Mr. Carlton died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Born March 21, 1925, in San Francisco, he moved to Shasta County shortly after his birth.
He was a millwright for Champion Lumber Co. in Anderson, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Redding.
Survivors include wife Wanetta; sons Ralph of Enumclaw, Wash., and James of Redding; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Bill Presley-Hulse
SHASTA LAKE - Bill Presley-Hulse, 84, of Shasta Lake died Monday, Jan. 24, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
No services will be conducted.
Born July 13, 1915, in Hollis, Okla., she moved to Shasta County in 1940 from Oklahoma.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include sons Ted Hulse of Kansas and Jerry Hulse of San Diego; daughter Sharon Williams of Shasta Lake; sister Eula Lewis of San Diego; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Born April 29, 1924, in Stillwell, Okla., she moved to Shasta County in 1994 from Ukiah.
She was a clerk for Caruthers Variety Store in Ukiah.
Survivors include sons Buddy of Lincoln and Lynn and Kevin, both of Redding; daughter Carol Morris of Australia; brothers Kenneth and Vernon Petrey, both of Redding, Buddie Petrey of Taft and Arthur of Colinga; sisters Clara Gee of Sparks, Nev., Vernie Rylee of Elk Grove, and Glela Vick of Eagleville; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
