BURNEY - A memorial service for Arthur Lawrence Wallace, 81, of Burney will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Grace Community Bible Church in Burney.
The Rev. Henry Winkelman of the church will officiate.
Burial will be at Burney District Cemetery.
Mr. Wallace died Monday, Aug. 7, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Born Nov. 26, 1918, in Fowler, Kan., he moved to Shasta County in 1940 from Fowler.
He was a millwright at Scott Lumber Co. in Burney, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5689 in Burney.
Survivors include son Milton Reuck of Oregon City, Ore.; daughters Lorraine Beale of Burney, Ruby Allee of Burney and Darlene Clark of Redding; sisters Lodelle Taylor of Cottonwood; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Arrangements are being handled by McDonald's Chapel in Burney.
Robert Richter
IGO - Services for Robert Murl Richter, 90, of Igo will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 19 at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Redding.
Burial will be at Igo Cemetery.
Mr. Richter died Monday, Aug. 7, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Born June 8, 1910, in Igo, he was a lifetime resident of Shasta County.
He was a counter man for Rother's Auto Parts store in Redding, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a member of the Welcome Lodge 209 International Order of Odd Fellows in Igo, a member of the Teamsters union in Redding and a member of the Shasta County Cattlemen's Association.
Survivors include son Lloyd Arnold of Igo; four grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Redding.
Ruth Osier
REDDING - Services for Ruth Irene Osier, 76, of Redding, will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Anderson.

Mrs. Osier died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000, at Shasta Healthcare in Redding.
Born Sept. 25, 1923, in Santa Ana, she moved to Shasta County in 1976 from Hoopa Valley.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Ninety-Nines Pilot Club in Redding.
Survivors include husband Richard; sons Michael of Anderson and James of Eureka; sisters Barbara Nunez of Coalinga; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Ida Meadows
REDDING - Graveside services for Ida Anna Meadows, 82, of Redding will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Redding Cemetery.
Mrs. Meadows died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000, at Canyonwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Redding.
Born Oct. 29, 1917, in Sweet Springs, Mo., she moved to Shasta County in 1981 from Mount Shasta.
She was a homemaker and a member of a Lutheran church in Redding.
Survivors include husband Dalton "Jim"; and brothers Lester Langewisch of Wellsville, Kan., and Edward Langewisch of Fayette, Mo.
Arrangements are being handled by Lawncrest Chapel in Redding.
Lillie Gray
RED BLUFF - Lillie Ruth Gray, 56, of Red Bluff, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Services have been conducted.
Burial was at Gridley-Biggs Cemetery
District in Gridley.
Born Feb. 6, 1944, in Fort Worth, Texas, she lived in Tehama County for five years.
She was a graduate of Gridley High School.
Survivors include husband William; sons Bill of Yuba City and Randy of Santa Rosa; daughters Laura Smith of Cohasset and Susie Motley of Cottonwood; sisters Sue Reedy, Lynda Scott and Joan Skidmore, all of Santa Rosa; and 10 grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Sorensen's Affordable Mortuaries in Chico and Gridley.

Verna Richwine
ANDERSON - Verna Richwine, 86, of Anderson died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000, at Rehabilitation Specialties in Anderson.
No services will be held.
Born July 27, 1914, in Brawley, she moved to Shasta County in 1948 from Loma Linda.
She was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.
Survivors include sons Ralph of Burney and Vinton of Anderson; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Flora Chamberlin
REDDING - Flora Frances Chamberlin, 91, of Redding died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.

Burial will be at Lawncrest Memorial Park in Redding.
Born Nov. 9, 1908, in Oklahoma, she moved to Shasta County in 1978 from Hinkley.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include nephew Richard of Redding and niece Karen Chipley of Palo Cedro.
