HUDSON, Ohio - Former Redding resident Frances Chassell Wilkinson, 93, of Hudson, Ohio, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001, at her residence.
Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery
in Appleton, Wis.
Born May 20, 1907, in Gillette, Wyo., she lived in Shasta County from 1964 to 1990.
She was a teacher and school administrator in Shellsburg, Iowa, and a member of the Mortar Board honorary society of Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
Survivors include daughters Sally Adams of Bedford, Ohio, Sue Cotton of Fairfax, Va., and Kay Norris of Boulder, Colo.; sister Helen Rose Davis of Camarillo; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

PAYNES CREEK - Deborah M. Rigo, 49, of Paynes Creek died Friday, Jan. 26, 2001, at her residence following a long illness.
Services will be conducted at a later date.
Born Feb. 19, 1951, in San Francisco, she moved to Shasta County in 1998 from Fremont.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include mother Esther Miller of San Bruno; father Ernest Miller of Texas; daughter Tezra Rigo of San Bruno; brother Floyd Miller of Redding; and one granddaughter.

Nicholas Zupo III
BELLA VISTA - Services for Nicholas Zupo III, 64, of Bella Vista will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 17 at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Palo Cedro.
Orville Simmons will officiate.
Mr. Zupo died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001, at his residence.
Born Dec. 20, 1936, in San Francisco, he moved to Shasta County in 1997 from Victorville. He was a fish culturist for the California Department of Fish and Game, a U.S. Army veteran, member of Ducks Unlimited, the Audubon Society, the Wintu Audubon Association, the National Rifle Association and worked at Darrah Springs Hatchery, Mt. Whitney Fish Hatchery, and the Mojave Fish Hatchery.
Survivors include wife Barbara; sons Robert of San Marcos, Texas; daughter Rebecca of Phoenix; and sister Sandra Callison of Napa.

REDDING - Services for Margaret Callella, 66, of Redding will be at noon Sunday at her residence.
Mrs. Callella died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001, at her residence.
Born July 28, 1934, in Englewood, Kan., she moved to Shasta County in 1985 from Cloverdale.
She was a former electronics assembler for Del Mar Industries in Southern California.
Survivors include husband Jimmy; son Harold Skeen Jr. of Redding; stepson James of Redding; daughter Brenda Solis of Redding; stepdaughters Kathy Puentes of Tolleson, Ariz., and Ruby of Omaha, Neb.; brothers Robie Cheshier of Missouri and Ronni Cheshier of Wichita, Kan.; 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

SHASTA LAKE - Betty Jane Duncan, 74, of Shasta Lake died Monday, Jan. 29, 2001, at her residence.

Born Jan. 13, 1927, in Picher, Okla., she moved to Shasta County in 1951 from Long Beach.
She was a homemaker, a member of White Shrine in Redding and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include sons Barton of Redding, Bruce of Loyalton, Armand and Vance, both of Shasta Lake, and Jason of Jones Valley; daughters Rochelle Frye and Churstie Martin, both of Shasta Lake, Melinda Randall of Sparks, Nev., and Janna of Redding; sister Lucille McKinney of Ozone, Ark.; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Born Nov. 11, 1930, in Whitefish Bay, Wis., she moved to Shasta County in 1979 from Milwaukee.
She was an operations officer for Midland Bank in Milwaukee and a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Redding.
Survivors include husband James; sons James of Redding and Thomas of Denver; daughters Laura Bonk and Sally Ward, both of Redding, Patricia Hill of Denver, and Barbara Perrault of Sacramento; sisters Mary Porupcan, Ruth Osowski, and Betty Wubker, all of Milwaukee; and three grandchildren.

John Ginocchio
MOUNT SHASTA - Mass of Christian burial services for John Ginocchio, 81, of Mount Shasta will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Mount Shasta.
The Rev. Aidan O'Reilly of the church will officiate.
The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday at the church.
Burial will be at Mt. Shasta Memorial Park in Mount Shasta.
Mr. Ginocchio died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001, at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta.
Born July 17, 1919, in Sisson (now Mount Shasta), he was a lifetime resident of Siskiyou County. He was a farmer, and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Aleutians and the Philippines.
Survivors include son Tony of Mount Shasta; daughters Pamela Cabitto of McCloud and Charlotte Ableman of Mount Shasta; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
