Burial will be at Lawncrest Memorial Park in Redding.
Born Dec. 19, 1921, in Los Angeles, she moved to Shasta County in 1996 from Downey.
She was a clerk for a steel manufacturing company.
Survivors include nephew Gary of Redding; and niece Peggie E. Volkman of Citrus Heights.

Jack Grisham
REDDING - Services for Jack Charles Grisham, 67, of Redding will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Redding.
The Rev. Bill Gillis of the church will officiate.
Burial will be at West Branch Cemetery
in Mitchell, Ore.
Mr. Grisham died Wednesday, May 30, 2001, at Mercy Medical Center in Redding.
Born Dec. 19, 1933, in Boise, Idaho, he moved to Shasta County in 1966 from Happy Camp.
He was a retired fire crew supervisor for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, a member of First Baptist Church in Redding, a former volunteer firefighter in Happy Camp and Mitchell, a member of the Redding Moose Lodge, a member of the Happy Camp Lions Club, a part of the Siskiyou County Auxiliary Sheriff's Department, and a Cub and Boy Scout leader.
Survivors include wife Dorothy; sons John of Shasta, Jack of Redding and Kelly of Cottonwood; brother Harold of Manteca; and six grandchildren.

REDDING - Services for Carol Cecilia Habeck, 68, of Redding will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Redding.

Mrs. Habeck died Tuesday, May 29, 2001, at Northern California Rehabilitation Hospital in Redding.
Born Nov. 11, 1932, in Redding, she was a lifetime resident of Shasta County.
She was a bookkeeper for Shasta College and a member of the California Public Employees Retirement System.
Survivors include husband William; son William of Bay Point; daughter Betty Ann of Bay Point; brothers Charles and Albert Cox, both of Redding, Ronald Cox of Woodland, and Donald Cox of Missoula, Mont.; and sister Katherine Watts of Redding.

Charles Hoisington
SHASTA - Charles L. Hoisington, 64, of Shasta died Saturday, May 26, 2001.
A viewing was conducted at Anderson's Chapel in Anderson.
Born Dec. 10, 1936, in Redwood City, he moved to Shasta County in 1941 from his birthplace. He was a truck driver and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include sons Lloyd, Kevin and Charles, all of Oroville; daughters Cathleen Owens and Christeen Vincelet, both of Oroville; brother Clifford Bednar of Oroville; sisters Sharon Hammers of Shasta and Susan Amos of Tulelake; and nine grandchildren.

Alfred Jones
WEED - Graveside services for Alfred Jones, 84, of Weed will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at San Joaquin National Cemetery
in Gustine.
A military honor guard will officiate.
Mr. Jones died Tuesday, May 29, 2001, at Mercy Care Center in Mount Shasta.
Born Aug. 4, 1916, in Devon, Kansas, he moved to Siskiyou County in 1994 from Los Banos. He was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Seaside and Ridgecrest, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a recipient of the Bronze Star.
Survivors include daughters Renee of Weed and Janet Neighbors of Anaheim; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Mount Shasta Memorial Chapel in Mount Shasta.
Paul Kirkby
BELLA VISTA - Services for Paul David Kirkby, 66, of Bella Vista will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Bella Vista Fire Hall.

Mr. Kirkby died Wednesday, May 30, 2001, at his residence.
Born May 13, 1935, in Inglewood, he moved to Shasta County in 1963 from Riverside. He was a general construction laborer, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and a former owner of the Backyard Tavern in Bella Vista.
Survivors include wife Carol; son Kirk of Redding; daughter Shaala of Redding; brother Noel of Arizona; sisters Martha Leibert and Carolyn Webb, both of Arizona; and parents Samuel and Ruth Kirkby of Scottsdale, Ariz.

Dorothy Maybaum
REDDING - Services for Dorothy Louise Maybaum, 82, of Redding will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lawncrest Chapel in Redding.
Members of the Order of the Eastern Star, Northern Light Chapter 26 and the City of Hope will officiate.
Burial will be at Lawncrest Memorial Park in Redding.
Mrs. Maybaum died Monday, May 28, 2001, at Redding Medical Center.
Born Jan. 30, 1919, in New York City, she moved to Shasta County in 1969 from Glendora.
She was a child guidance caregiver, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Northern Light Chapter 26, a member of the Rebekah Cascade Lodge 414 in Anderson, a founder of the City of Hope, Doughty-Lewis Chapter 1355 of Northern California, an operator of the White Elephant shop for Haven Humane Society, a member of TOPS and a member of AARP.
Survivors include cousins John and Peter Steefel, both of New York.
