Harry E. Baucom
Harry Baucom died Thursday morning at 3:45 o'clock at the Solano county hospital in Fairfield.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Vallejo. Graveside rites will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Winters cemetery.
The deceased is a son-in-law of Mrs. Lizzie Kramer of Winters.

BAUCOM
Lottie M. (Kramer) Baucom
The community was saddened Saturday morning by the unexpected news of the death of Mrs. Harry Baucom. It was only the morning previous that her illness took a very serious turn and death came rapidly in the wake of this indisposition.
For over a year Mrs. Baucom had been suffering from diabetes and last summer had staid several weeks at the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Baucom in San Francisco. Her health was as usual, however up until early Friday morning when the doctor was summoned and her condition grew rapidly worse until the end.
Deceased was a native of Kansas, aged 36 years, 2 months and 6 days. When a child her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kramer, with their family moved to California, and settled at Winters. In 1903 she was marriage to Harry Baucom, and to the union four children were born, two passing away in infancy. Practically all of her life she has lived in Winters, a few years having been spent in Vacaville.
Funeral services under direction of Kitto and Wilson were held at the late residence Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. H.C. Culton officiating. The pallbearers were J.F. Vasey, H.A. Islip, J.F. Griffin, Wilbur Sims, H.H. McGarr, and J.R. Ruggles. Interment was in Winters cemetery.
Besides the parents and husband she leaves to mourn her untimely death, two children, Golda, 16 and Dareld, 14, and three sisters, Mrs. C. G. Leggett, and Misses Bessie and Marguerite Kramer, and a brother, James Kramer."

BAUER
Johanna R.G. Bauer
Services were held this morning at the Unitarian Church of Davis for Johanna R.G. Bauer, Ed.D., who died April 11, 2002, in Davis.
Born Sept. 30, 1918, in Vienna, Austria, she was 83.
A clinical psychologist, she was director of psychological services for the Davis Joint Unified School District for 20 years and ran a private psychotherapy practice in Davis. She helped start several special education programs, including one for severely emotionally disturbed children and another for gifted children, both of which served as state pilot programs.
She was a member of the American Psychological Association, and was a busy community activist, striving always for peace and justice.
She was honored with the C.A. Covell Trophy as Davis' Citizen of the Year.
She is survived by her husband, Herbert Bauer, M.D., of Davis; her sons, Timothy Bauer, D.V.M., of Seattle and Christopher Bauer, Ph.D., of Nashville, Tenn.; a grandson, Jonathan of Los Angeles; and a granddaughter, Zoe of Nashville.
BAUMANN
Elisa Rosa Baumann
Elisa Rosa Baumann died at Alderson Convalescent Hospital, Woodland Sunday, July 4, 2004, at age 89.
Born Dec. 5, 1914, in Wheatland, Mrs. Baumann had been a Yolo County resident for over 60 years. She had a dairy farms in Knights Landing and Esparto for many years.
Survivors include her daughter, Rosie Baumann Stilwell II of Auburn; grandchildren, Richard Stilwell, III of Grass Valley, Elisa Stilwell of Auburn and Deanna Stilwell of San Rafael; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews in the U.S. and Switzerland. She was preceded in death by her husband Ben Baumann.
The family requests memorials be directed to American Heart Association.
Services: A funeral mass is scheduled to be said at noon Saturday, July 10, at Holy Rosary Church, Woodland. A vigil service is scheduled at 6 p.m. Friday, July 9, at McNary's Chapel, Woodland. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Woodland. Arrangements are under the direction of McNary's Chapel of Woodland.

BAYLOR
James Wilson Baylor
James Wilson Baylor passed away in Sacramento on Aug. 7, 2005. Born on Aug. 2, 1949, in San Antonio, Texas, he was 56 years old.
A resident of Yolo County for 37 years, he served in the United States Army after graduating from high school. He worked at Mariani Nut Company for 33 years as a plant manager. He also coached Little League in Winters for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife of six years, Lori Jo Baylor; daughters Jennifer Hughey and JoAnn Davis; sons, Rudy and Jason Baylor; stepdaughters, Jenny and Cassie Dutton; sisters Patricia Baylor Black, Nancy Baylor Jiminez, Lorraine Smith, Carol Ramos and Rosemary Meria; brothers, Benjamin and Frank Baylor; five grandchildren, Julian James Hughey, Cole Lawrence Hughey, Austin James Baylor, Renee Baylor and Jason William Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rudy James Baylor and Minerva T. Baylor.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, Aug. 11, at 9 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Winters.

ALKSNIS
John Albert Alksnis
John Albert Alksnis died at Woodland Memorial Hospital Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005 at age 41.
Mr. Alksnis was born Jan. 20, 1964 in Linn, Kan. to Gunnar and Pauline Krug Alksnis. He graduated from Topeka West High School. He worked as a journeyman carpenter.
Survivors include Mr. Alksnis' fiancée, Lucy Partida of Concord; his parents, Pauline and Gunnar Alksnis of Woodland; his sister, Maria Grimes of Davis; his nephew, Nicholas Grimes of Davis; his grandmother, Mollie Krug of Russell, Kan.; his aunts, Barbara and Marlene Krug of Russell, Kan.; his uncles, Morris and Robert Krug of Russell, Kan. and Tally Alksnis of Wausau, Wis. and three cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Elza Alksnis and Albert W. Krug.
Services: Respecting the wishes of Mr. Alksnis, services will be private. Evergreen Funeral Service of Woodland is assisting the family with arrangements.
ALLDRED
Richard Alldred
Richard Alldred of Davis died Feb. 27, 2001, ending a battle against cancer. Born Dec. 25, 1929, he was 71.
He was the owner and general manager of Strings Italian Cafe at The Marketplace in Davis since 1993. Upon purchase of the restaurant, his family moved to Davis from Moraga.
He knew many loyal patrons of Strings cared for him deeply. However, employees heeded his wishes to keep his illness a secret. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, boss and friend.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, MaryAnn of Davis; son, Derek; and granddaughter, Shelby.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church in Moraga.
