Joan Risebrough - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Joan on April 14, 2004 after a brief illness. Joan is survived by her husband Ralph of Bobcaygeon, daughter Tracy and her husband John Bruce, Paula, Robyn and her husband Chris Boyling. Joan is also survived by her mother Mary Brady, sister Lynne Robinson and brother Barry Brady. She is predeceased by her sister Donna Bown. Joan was a very active member of Eganridge Golf Club, and former long-time volunteer of the Canadian Cancer Society. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and her many cherished friends. Visitation will be Friday, April 16 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Monk Funeral Home 6 Helen Street Bobcaygeon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, April 17th at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lung Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
