COX: Gordon O.
passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Monday March 24th , 2003, in his 79th year. Gordon served his country in World War II as a member of the R.H.L.I. from 1943-1945, and was past vice president and past president of the R.C.L. Branch #275 Fergus. Gordon was also an iron worker for many years and loved his farming in Erin and Eramosa Townships.
Loved by his wife Olive of 55 years. Missed by his children, Bill of Fergus, Gary and his wife Connie of Hillsburgh, Ken and his wife Brenda of Guelph, Gerald and his wife Diane of Fergus, Ted and his wife Joyce of Eramosa, Doug and his wife Joanne of Inverhaugh, Pauline Roadknight and her husband Glen of R.R. #3 Arthur, John and his wife Helen of West Luther Twsp. And Brian and his wife Lorrie of Whitehorse. Grandpa is also missed by his twenty grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Percy of R.R. #2 Acton, Jim and his wife Olga of Alberta, Albert and his wife Doris of R.R. #2 Acton, Fred and his wife Helen of Hillsburgh and his sister Helena Giilck and her husband Carl of Wiarton. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William and Berthine.
Friends and relatives may call at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. S., Fergus on Tuesday March 25th from 7-9 PM and on Wednesday March 26th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 27th at 2:00 PM from Speedside United Church, R.R. #5 Rockwood. Rev. Wendy McFadzean officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church. Suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday July 27th, 2003 in his 77th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife Marlene (nee Curtis) of 37 years. Dad will be missed by Ivan and David McCready, both of R.R. #2 Elora and Donna Gimblet and her husband Robert of R.R. #4 Arthur. Dear Grandpa of Trent and Kelsey. Also missed by his sister Marjorie Allsop of R.R. #3 Arthur and his sisters-in-law Margaret McCready of Arthur and Clara McCready of Shelbourne. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, his infant daughter Laura Jean and his brothers Clarence and Norman. Friends and relatives may call at the Graham A. passed away suddenly at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus on Friday March 21, 2003 in his 90th year. Dear father of Mary Kazimierczak and her husband Jack of Hanover, Gordon Willetts and his wife Anne of Kingston, Brian Willetts and his wife Debbie of Fergus and Margaret Ann Elsey and her husband David of Fergus and father-in-law of Adele Leblanc of Ottawa. Missed by his brother Douglas Willetts of Whitby. Loving grandfather of Joanne (Terry), Peggy (Mike), Darlene (Brad), David (Michelle), Denise, Julie, B.J., Brandon (Jaime), Andrew and Doug. Great Grandfather of Kristina, Autum and Adam. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his wife Margaret, his sister Gladys Derby and his brothers Howard, Sid and Ernie.

passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Community Hospital on July 26th, 2002. Born in Holland, he came to Canada as a teenager where he later met his wife and raised his family. Beloved wife of Bette (Fretz), sons Randy (and friend Brandi Zidito) and Andrew. Hugs and kisses to Opa from grandson Mark. Predeceased by his father Pieter Van Ee and mother Helena Van Ee (Dunnelier) and step-mother Luberta Van Ee (Vanderkuyl). Lovingly missed by the following sisters and brothers: Janny Eiche and husband Leo, Lydia Reist, Pieter Van Ee, Bert Van Ee and friend Rosemary Lowe, Willy and husband Roger Worboys, Corry Van Ee and friend Irene Campbell, Heremin Gibson and Johana Van Ee, Evert Van Ee and friend Sylvia, Adrian Van Ee and wife Debbie. passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Community Hospital , Fergus on Friday July 5th 2002 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the Irene (1979). Loving father or Gerald Smart and his wife Diane of Elora. Loving grandfather of Robert and his wife Patricia, Douglas and his wife Helen, and Jeffrey and his girlfriend Jackie. RASMUSSEN: Hedvig (Heddi)
passed away peacefully at the Caressant Care Nursing Home, Fergus, on Friday April 18, 2003, aged 91 years. Sadly missed by her daughter Grace Rasmussen and David Toccalino of Fergus and her grandson Nicholas. A private family service will be held in Toronto.

At Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, Ontario, on Monday June 10, 2002, Isobel Harriett Morris, beloved wife for fifty-two years of Sidney Gilbert Morris. Eldest of three daughters born to the late John Mylne and the late Lorena Ann Condie former life-long residents of Smith Falls, Ontario. Loving mother of Ronald (Pearl) of Thompson, Manitoba, Charlene (Wayne Baldo) of Montreal, Wendy (Edward Biddles) of Mississauga, and Kenneth, also of Mississauga. Cherished grandmother of Bill, Nancy, Candice, and Stephanie. Loved sister of Eileen (Stanley Porter) of Smith Falls, Ont. and the late Marion Fawcett, formerly of Georgetown, Ont. Dear sister-in-law of Phyllis Morris of Smith Falls, the late George and Belle Morris formerly of Montreal, and the late Kathleen Lester of Ottawa. Loving aunt of several nieces and nephews. DOBBERTHEIN, JOHN ALLAN (JACK).
At the Etobicoke General Hospital in Etobicoke on April 19, 2003 in his 70th year after a brave battle with cancer with his family at his side. Jack was the beloved husband of Marian (nee Downs). Dear father of Philip Dobbertein and his wife Elaine of Brampton, Carolyn and her friend Bud of Brampton and Gary Dobberthein of Mississauga. He will be sadly missed by his 4 grandchildren Bradley, Tricia, Adam and Melissa. Jack was born to Allan and Ada Dobberthein (both pre-deceased) on April 30, 1932. Dear brother of Helen of Markdale, Harvey of Collingwood and Ken of Elora. Pre-deceased by brothers Lorne and Ross and sisters Lila, and Florence. FOX: John F. (Jack)
Peacefully at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, Fergus, with his family present on Tuesday July 9, 2002, in his 90th year. Jack was a longtime member of the R.C.L. Br. #229, Elora, having served overseas for 5 years and being present on D-Day with the Highland Light Infantry of Canada. Jack enjoyed raising his family and farming in Pilkington Twsp. For over 30 years and moved to Elora in 1969 where he worked for the Elora Gorge Park.
Loved and missed by his wife Beth (Betty) Kilpatrick of 63 years. Dad will be missed by Doug Fox (Judy) of R.R. #4 Listowel, Marian Fox-Troup of R.R. #1 Durham and Bill Fox (Cathy) of Drayton. Papa will be remembered by Janet, Wendy, Douglas, Bill, Jennifer, Jenny, Peter, and Jeff and his seven great grandchildren. Jack was recently reunited with his only surviving sister, Betty Rose Pitcher of Stoke Row, England after 60 years. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and several brothers and sisters in England.
