Ruth (Sanders) Osmond
passed away suddenly at the Guelph General Hospital, on Tuesday, December 14, 2004. Ruth (Sanders)Osmond at the age of 61 years. Beloved wife of Victor Grant Osmond. Dear mother of Charlene, Alan and his wife Suzanne, Blair and his wife Kim, all of Guelph and Dave of Hamilton. Loving grandma of Ashley, Amanda, Adrian, Nicholas, Meaghan, and Joshua. Ruth is survived by her siblings Doreen Billings of Guelph and Joseph Sanders and his wife Sally of B.C. and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Jean, and brothers Gordon and Paul. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday). At Ruth’s request, there will be no service. Cremation with inurnment at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

David Klatt
passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Wednesday, December 15, 2004. David William Klatt at the age of 43 years. Dear son of Art and Ellenor Klatt of Guelph. Loving father of Tina Lynn Klatt of Gravenhurst. Dear brother of Wendy McDougall and her husband John of Erin, Marilyn Klatt of Guelph, Earl Klatt and his wife Wendy of Hillsburgh, Ron Klatt of Oakville, Rick Klatt, Brian Klatt, and Ed Klatt and his wife Cher all of Guelph. David will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday ). Funeral service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL on Friday, December 17 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. John Young officiating. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. A reception will follow in the Trillium Room of the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, Wellington County Unit would be appreciated.

Kyriaki Kleovoulos
passed away at the The Elliott Home, Guelph on Sunday, March 6, 2005. Kyriaki (Tsolis) Kleovoulos at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife for 55 years of Lazaros Kleovoulos. Loved mama of Zografoula Lilley and her husband Paul of Victor, N.Y.; Timoleon Kleovoulos of Guelph. Loving yiayia of Christopher, Jason, Kate, Meghan, Jillian, Colleen and Kelsey. Dear sister of Anastasios Tsolis and Kosta (Marika)Tsolis. Sadly missed by Nick and Anne Kitsa and Sophia. She was an active member of the Philoptohos Society of Guelph and will be remembered for her skill as a seamstress, her love for cooking for her family and her ability with crocheting. Theresa Baumgartner
passed away early Tuesday morning, surrounded by family. Theresa was a woman filled with family pride and values. Although often a woman of few words, she never ceased to find ways to express her love and devotion to her family and friends. She was born on July 02, 1924 in Graz, Austria and passed in her 80th year after a life so full that it cannot be put into just a few words. Theresa will be missed dearly by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband John Baumgartner, daughters Edith, Mary, and Terrie and her nine grandchildren, as well as the many friends and lives she has touched. Please join us Thursday March 10, 2005 in celebrating the life of Theresa at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph from 2-3pm. Thank you for all your love and support. Charitable donations can be made through the Gilchrist Chapel to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Theresa’s honor.

Helen Robinson
Robinson, Helen R. passed away at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph on Wednesday, March 9, 2005. Helen was born in Victoria, B.C. on January 20, 1920, daughter of Raymonde and Robert Strachan. Beloved wife of 57 years of Jack Robinson; mother of Jane (Carol) of Kitchener, Peter of West Palm Beach and Patricia Maracle (John) of Ottawa. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Jillian, Jacob and Gabriel. She leaves behind her sisters, Kaye Peters (Tom) of Sudbury and Sybil Howitt (Gerald) of Guelph. Always remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Helen was an avid bridge player, a member of the Major Robert Mutrie Chapter IODE and Mensa Canada Society, a faithful member of St. George's Anglican Church and the Chancel Guild. Special thanks to the staff on Linden Court at St. Joseph's Health Centre. A memorial service will be held at the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph on Sunday, March 13, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. Cremation has taken place at Woodlawn Memorial Park. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada (research) would be appreciated.

Nancy Malott
passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph on Thursday, March 10, 2005. Nancy Malott at the age of 57 years. Loving mother of Michael Malott and his wife Nan of Hamilton. Proud grandmother of Crystal, Amanda, Justin, Jeremy and Joshua. Dear sister of Grace Taliaferro, Marlene Duncan, Edward Malott, Beatrice Blair (Mark), Clarence Malott (Olga), Anna Purcell (Kevin) and Anita Malott. Sadly missed aunt of Victoria, Natalie, Janine, Emit, Andrew, Renee, Keyetan, Lilla, Corinna and Rebecca. Predeceased by her parents, Edward and Anne Malott and by her twin sister, Gladys. Nancy will be remembered as a lady who gave to everyone and who will continue to give even after her passing. Special thanks to the caring staff of St. Joseph's Health Centre for their endless compassion and care, especially the nurses of Oakridge Falls and Dr. Helyar. Sherry Poulin
It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Sher on Monday, March 14, 2005. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Renald "Ron" and his family who reside in Sudbury, Ontario. Cherished mother of her two angelic daughters, Kiera (9) and Devoney (7). Loved and deeply missed by her parents who were her best friends through life, Gerry and Doreen Norman. Loving sister of Mike Norman and his wife, Natalie, nieces Alexandra (9), Elizabeth (7) and nephew, Jonathan (4). Sher will be sadly missed by her many close friends, numerous aunts, uncle, cousins and family acquaintances. William Lloyd Campbell
Abdullah, Abu Bakr Bin
Abdullah, Abu Bakr Bin born William Lloyd Campbell in 1927, son of the late Goldie and Ed Campbell, President of Armco Drainage, Guelph. After returning from three years in Japan with US Army Air Force occupation forces, he had a successful career in journalism (beginning with the Guelph Mercury in 1950), television (CBC), advertising and film production in Toronto, New York, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. In 1979 he converted to Islam and changed his name. In 1981 he returned to Canada, living in Guelph, and working for Barber Collins Security. After retirement he lived in Kitchener for over 10 years. He will be greatly missed by his sister Betty MacKinnon and husband Malcolm of Short Hills, New Jersey, brother Bob Campbell and wife Pat of Toronto, and his six nieces and nephews were positively influenced by his unique life. A private service was held and internment has taken place at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Donations may be made in his name to Meals on Wheels through the Canadian Red Cross Society or the Lung Association. Arrangements entrusted to the GILCHRIST CHAPEL – McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph.

Margaret Mokren
passed away at the St. Joseph's Health Centre, Guelph on Thursday, March 17, 2005 in her 82nd year. Margaret (Bryant) Mokren was the beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Mokren. Loving mother of David (Donna) of Guelph and Don (Brenda) of New Hamburg. Proud Grandmother of Corey, Steven, Paul, Andrea, Samantha, Melinda and Danielle. She will be missed by her great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Elsie Gilbert
Gilbert, Elspeth May “Elsie” at the Guelph General Hospital on Friday, March 18, 2005. “Elsie” (Pinkerton) Gilbert in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late James Whitney “Jim” Gilbert (1977). Loving mother of John “Jack” Gilbert and his wife Donna of Waterloo, Doug Gilbert and his wife Donna of Guelph, Bruce Gilbert and his wife Rita of Chatham and the late Don Gilbert (1997). Sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and daughter-in-law, Marguerite Gilbert. Always remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Gilbert and sisters Alice and Mabel, brothers Alan and Walter. Elsie was a longtime member of Paisley Memorial United Church. Ada Sargent
passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2005. Ada (Hisson) Sargent at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Ray Sargent. Loving mother of Gloria and Peter Buckeridge, Ileen and George Bunnaman. Proud Granny of Kenny, Robert, Derrick, Rhonda, Debra, Kimberley, Georgeina, Peter Jr. and Michelle; twenty-one great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren. Survived by her sisters, Alice Topps of Listowel and Elsie Scoain of Detroit, Michigan; and brothers, John Hisson of Listowel and Norman Hisson of Toronto. Predeceased by her sister Annabelle Wood and her brother Harold Hisson. Special thanks to Dr. Ruddock and the nurses of Bayshore Home Care and to the members of Crestwicke Baptist Church for their prayers.
