HENDERSON, Wilson Vernon (retired employee of Ontario Hydro) – at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, August 25, 2006, in his 57th year. Wilson, loving son of Carmel and the late Vernon Henderson of Newcastle, N.B. Father of Stacey Leigh and her husband Mike Dupont of Calgary and Derek of Port Perry. Grandfather of Hailey. Brother of Brent and his wife Ellen of Lower Queensbury, N.B., Bernadette and her husband Ken Lamont of Calgary, Alberta, Shawn and his wife Nancy of Surrey, B.C., and the late Robert and Connie. Uncle of Cinda. Wilson will also be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbours. Donations in Wilson’s memory to St. Francis of Assisi Church, Children’s Liturgy Fund, would be greatly appreciated.

John James "Jim" Hamilton
HAMILTON, John James (Jim) – February 3, 1926 – August 23, 2006 – peacefully at his home in Wilmot Creek after a full and happy life, with Marie, his beloved wife of 60 years, at his side. He was proud of his sons and their wives, David and Geri, Paul and Celia, and Roy and Jackie. Grandchildren were another blessing, Derek, Scott, Glenn, Adrienne (Dan), Mark, (Amy), Janet (Frank), Jennifer (Geoff) and Christine (Marc). His Great-grandsons Connor, Ethan, and Aidan were an added joy to his happy family. We’ll miss you so much, Jim, Dad, Papa, and Great-Papa.

Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed, and always dear. Funeral Details: Respecting Jim’s wishes, cremation will take place with no funeral service.

Michael Davison
DAVISON, Michael James – passed away peacefully at his home in Peterborough on Friday, August 18, 2006, in his 54th year. Michael, father of J.J. and Mikey Jr. Son of Frank and the late Dora Davison. Brother of Cameron, Kenny, and Bobby. Survived by niece Jenny and several other nieces and nephews. Michael enjoyed working with Nancy Hume at Thomas Flowers and with the Peterborough Midwives, and he made many friends in the community. He will be missed by all who knew him. Loving mother of Karen, Peter, Michael (Holly), David (Gaylynn), Willie, Wendy (Joe), Barbara and Harry. She will be sadly missed by her 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren her brothers Dave (Dorothy), Chuck (Cathy) and Jim and predeceased by her brother Harry (Ruby). Annette not only was a loving caring wife and mother, she also was kind and considerate to the people that had the pleasure of meeting her. She ran a successful catering business for many years in Peterborough. She will be missed but never forgotten and is in God’s hands and resting peacefully now.
