Gino Blink
BLINK, Gino - it is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gino Blink. Gino passed away peacefully at Bowmanville Hospital on Saturday October 16, 2004, at the age of 73. Father of Jocelyn, Gerard and Joanna, “Opa” to Ben, Nicky and Kayleigh, devoted owner of loved dogs and, friend to many. Gino, in his usual tenacious way fought a courageous battle against tongue cancer, lung cancer, and cardiac surgery. The family is extremely grateful to the staff in the Medical Care Ward at Bowmanville Hospital, and the staff at Toronto General, Mt Sinai and Princess Margaret Hospitals. We have been overwhelmed by their consistent ability to provide outstanding care and compassion to our father as well as emotional support to us.
