At University Hospital, London, on Tuesday, December 5th, 2000 in her 72nd year, the former Arlene McEwan of Paisley. Beloved wife of Hardie Young. Dear mother of Brian of Waterloo, Rick of Ponoka, Alberta, Karen and her husband John Rhody of Elmwood, Kathy and her husband Ken Rae of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Diane and her husband Joe Gauthier of Chesley. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, her brother Bob McEwan and her sister Kathleen Needham.

Wright, Dorothy
At South Bruce Grey Health Services, Kincardine, on Tuesday, November 20th, 2001, in her 71st year, the former Dorothy Woodhouse of Tiverton and Toronto. Wife of Leonard Wright. Mother of William Allison of Toronto. She is also survived by her granddaughter Tammie Allison, by her grandson Bill Allison. Dorothy is survived by many nieces and nephews of the Mackareth, Cormier and Woodhouse families. She is predeceased by her daughter Linda Allison.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2004 at the age of 80 years, the former Joyce Mayo of Port Elgin. Wife of the late Harry Woods. Mother of Stephen Woods of Denver, Colorado, and Lesley and her husband Wayne Eastwood of Port Elgin. Grandma to Ryan and Owen Woods, both in England, Scott and his wife Colleen, Kerry and her boyfriend Rob Carmount of Port Elgin, and Grant Eastwood and his girlfriend Andrea Gifford of Peterborough. Also survived by three great-grandchildren, Spencer, Brittany, and Cple Eastwood.

Peacefully at his residence in Port Elgin on Monday, May 6, 2002, at the age of 78 years, Harry Woods of Port Elgin, husband of Joyce Woods, father of Stephen Woods of Philadelphia, PA., and Lesley and her husband Wayne Eastwood of Port Elgin, Grandpa to Ryan and Owen Woods, both in England, Scott and his wife Colleen, Kerry and her boyfriend Rob Caramount of Port Elgin, and Grant Eastwood and his girlfriend Andrea Gifford of Peterborough. Also surviving are his two great-grandchildren, Spencer and Brittany Eastwood.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Wednesday, May 7th, 2003 at the age of 65 years, Bob Woods of Port Elgin. Loving husband of Shirley Marie Brown. Dad of Jim of Port Elgin, and Debra and her husband Geoff Harrison of Kitchener. Brother of Maurice and Evelyn Woods of Niagara Falls, and Harvey and Earleen Woods of Evertt. Grandfather of Kaitlyn and Connor Harrison. Stepfather to Carol and Rob Bradfield of Southampton, Les Brown and Jen of Wiarton, Lillian Swandt and Len of Parkhead, Lenette Brown and Jim of Listowel and their families. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He his predeceased by the children’s mother Shirley, his sisters Alice Burbidge and Agnes Young, and his brothers Thomas and Charlie.

Mother of Allison and her husband Dave Stevens of Port Elgin. Grandma to Lisa and Shawn Mousseau of Windsor, and Christopher and Emily, both of Port Elgin, Loving great-grandma to Sebastien, Courtney and Kristen. Georgie will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews.

Woodley, Janet Elizabeth Harding
At the Southampton Care Centre, Janet Woodley of Southampton (Saugeen Shores), formerly of Toronto, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 31, 2002 at the age of 86. She will be dearly missed by her sisters-in-law Georgie Woodley of Port Elgin and Mary Smithies of Little Britian. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Ann and her husband Ed Hartnett of Hamilton, Ted Woodley and his wife Sheila of Little Britian, Bruce Woodley and his wife Jeanette of Stouffville, and Allison and her husband David Stevens of Port Elgin, and many great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers Robert and Reginald.

Born April 23rd, 1920 in Halifax, Nova Scotia died May 28th, 2003 in Southampton, Ontario. Predeceased by his wife Claire. Dear father of Kristanne. Will be missed by nephews and nieces Gary, Anne, Leslie, and Drew, and a host of friends.

Suddenly at home on Thursday, January 30th, 2003 at the age of 84, John Wing of Port Elgin. Husband of the late Stella Walter. Father of Patricia Ann and her husband Brian Luckman of Quebec City, and John David Wing Jr. of Port Elgin. Brother of Jane Milot, Edna Carpenter, and Pete Wing, all of Welland, and Mary Marco of Fonthill. He is predeceased by his daughter Barbara Ann at the age of six years and by his brother Paul.

Husband of the former Lois Bennett. Father of Douglas Williamson and Bonnie Maas of London. He is also survived by five grandchildren and by his daughter-in-law Sharon Williamson. Brother of Cory and her husband Gordon Rabb of Harriston, Doris, and Stanley and his wife Pauline of London. He will be missed by Lois’ family, Murray Furniss, and Gary Furniss and his wife Eva, all of London. He is predeceased by his wife Gracie and by his son Freddy.
