passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends at the Sunnycrest Home, Whitby, on Tuesday, February 10th, 2004, in her 98th year, the former Isabel Arbuckle. Beloved wife of the late Neil McDonald. Loving mother of Alex of Victoria, Malcolm of Whitby, and Marjory and her husband Wolfgang Stahlmann, of Miami, Florida. Grandmother of Norman McDonald and his wife Pam of Linden, Ontario, Catherine Stahlmann of Miami, and Jennifer and her husband Peter Thorne of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Great-grandmother of Zachary, William and Jake. Loving and dear friend of Claire Brown of Whitby.
Friends may call at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel., 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, (Town of Saugeen Shores) from 7-9 p.m. Thursday evening, February 12th. Funeral service will be conducted in Tolmie Memorial Presbyterian Church, 699 Goderich St., Port Elgin, on Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Julia Morden officiating.

In Victoria B.C., Sandra Margaret McDonald, wife of Alex McDonald of Victoria B.C., mother of Norman and his wife Pam of Lynden, Ontario, and Grandmother of Zachary. Sister of Dave Scholey of Victoria and Bill Scholey of Bangkok, Thailand. Sister-in-law to Malcolm “Mac” McDonald of Whitby, and Marj and her husband Wolf Stahlman, of Florida.
The family gathered at the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, on Friday, October 11th,at 2 p.m, then proceeded to Southampton Cemetery, where the Rev. Julia Morden officiated at a graveside service.
Mabel McCulloch
At Elgin Abbey, Chesley on Monday, October 22nd, 2007 at the age of 92 years, the former Mabel Hall of Chesley and formerly of Port Elgin. Dear wife of Ian McCulloch of Port Elgin. Mother of Jim and his wife Karen of Paisley, and Marilyn Glasser of Kitchener, and stepmother of Joyce Reinhart of Port Elgin. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Sister of Mary Grahlman, Ruby Holdaway, Edna Hewitson, and Carl, Lloyd, and Wilbur Hall. She is predeceased by her husband Cecil McCullough, daughter Sheila Walsh, three brothers, one stepson, and two sons-in-law.

Grandfather of Nancy Truax of London, Patricia Scrimshaw, Jennifer McCormick of Toronto, and Nadine McCormick of Oshawa. Great-grandfather of Adam and Amanda Truax of London. He is predeceased by his brothers, Sam and George.

Beloved husband of the late Vera McDonald (September 17th, 2000). Loving father of Anne McCannel of Burnaby, B.C., Mary and her husband John Phillips of Kincardine and Betty and her husband Laird Vanni of Barrie. Loved grandfather of Jason, Traci, Alicia, Nicole and Dustin. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Isobel and The Very Rev. Ken McMillan of Toronto, Jean McCannel of Burgoyne and Janet Gowanlock of R.R. #2, Port Elgin. Predeceased by his brothers Archie and Alex and by his sisters Marion Palmer and Kathleen Wade. He will be remembered by his many nieces and nephew.

Grandma to Mindy and Marcy, Jamie and Becky, Jennifer and Janice, and Sarah and Luke. Great-grandma of nine great-grandchildren. Sister of Marie Stadtlander of Hanover, and Bill Kalte of Owen Sound. She is predeceased by one sister Noreen Stadtlander. Helen will be sorely missed by her beloved cat Ida.
