Aunt of Kim and her husband Gary Love, Doug Anstett and his wife Nancy, Joe Anstett, Cindy Visscher, Judy Brand, and Ray Anstett and his wife Terri. She is also survived by ten great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by her parents Bert and Winnie Irving, brother Doug Irving and by her sister Leona Anstett.

went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 20th, 2001, with her family around her, the former Gladys Kingston of Paisley. Beloved wife to the late Wilford Inglis. Loving mother of Jean Anne and her husband William Madsen of Mayerthorpe, Alberta, Evelyn and her husband Rev. Robin Ross of Mission, British Columbia, Mary and her husband Stan Norris of Conestogo, and Grace Inglis of Kitchener. Special grandmother of Carelle McKellan, John and David Ross, Frederick, Nancy and Nelles Madsen, and Krista-Lyn, Matthew and Kyle Norris. Dear brother of William John Kingston of Dobbinton and brother-in-law of John Pickering of England. She is predeceased by her parents and by her sisters Myrtle McKay and Phyllis Pickering.

At the Grey Bruce Health Services, Southampton, on Tuesday, February 14th, 2006 at the age of 85 years, Stanley Hyett of Southampton. Loving husband for 60 years of the former Alma Wilkinson. Dear father of Kenneth and his wife Christina of Lachine, Quebec, and John and Barbara of Burlington. Grandfather of Craig of Saskatoon, Stephanie of Louisiana, Karen and her husband Darrin of Maui, and Steven of Calgary. Stepgrandfather of Victoria Lennox of Burlington. Brother of Len Hyett, Lillian Leech, and Anne MacDonald, all of England. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He will be missed by his grandmothers, Ethel Doucette of Drayton, and Edna Hubert of Cambridge. Son-in-law of Mark and Debbie Pennarun of Port Elgin. Brother-in-law of Lisa and her husband Steven Floyd of London and Laurie and her husband Jamie Moore of Burlington. Uncle of Ryan Mahoney and Jordon Mahoney. Mother of Ken and his wife Doreen, and Murray and his wife Irene, all of Bruce Township. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, sister Margaret Hopper of Port Elgin, sister-in-law Agnes Howe of Southampton, and by her son-in-law Jerry Hellyer of Lions Head. She is predeceased by her daughter Elaine Hellyer, granddaughter Crystal Howe, and by her sisters Kay McLean and Muriel Clark.

Ruth Hooper
Ruth Hooper passed away peacefully at the Southampton Care Centre on Thursday, February 23rd, 1006 at the age of 84 years. Born Helen Regina (Ruth) Chrzaszcz on August 1st, 1921 in Kitchener, she leaves her son William of Waterloo, and a daughter Jennifer and her husband Mike McMichael of Port Elgin. She also leaves her three grandchildren Karen, Greg and Maggie, many nieces and nephews, and her sister Helen Bezeau of Kelowna B.C. Ruth is predeceased by her husband William Robert Sr. in 1980, by her parents Vincenty and Maria (Lalik), two brothers Stephen and Walter, and four sisters Anna, Stella, Mary and Martha.
Private family funeral arrangements are in the care of the W. Kent Milroy Port Elgin Chapel. A memorial gathering will be conducted in Kitchener at a later date.

At her residence in Saugeen Shores on Wed. July 21st, 2004, at the age of 82 years, Audrey Holman. Wife of the late Roy Holman. Mother of Jackie and her husband Stuart Campbell of Saugeen Shores. Grandmother of Fiona Isabel Campbell and Michael McCarthy of Bristol, England, and James Stuart Campbell of Ottawa.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 920 Wellington St., Port Elgin on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Father Mike Francis as celebrant.
A reception with the family will follow the mass at St. Joseph’s Jubilee Hall.
