She spent the last thirteen years as Clerk/Treasurer for the Township of Brooke, Alvinston, retiring December 31, 2000. GAGNER: Claude In the presence of the Divine Mercy, Claude Gagner passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Thursday, September 25th, 2003 after a lengthy illness. Born in Chatham 58 years ago, Claude is the beloved son of Hilda (Jubenville) and the late Norbert Gagner (2001). Surviving is his beloved wife Diane (Robert). Loving and giving father to his children Jean-Claude (John) Gagner and his wife Lisa; Lisa Carr and her husband Dan; and three grandchildren whom he loved very much; Felicia Gagner, Kennedy and Jordan Carr. Also survived by a brother Robert Gagner; a sister Connie Abel and her husband Terry; Godmother Shirley Lyons; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Phil and Rosita Blais. Also many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Ronald Gagner; brother-in-law Joe Robert and sister-in-law Yvette Robert. Claude was a member of the Moose Lodge #1692 (Fellowship Degree) to which he graciously donated his time and talents to its improvement throughout the years. He was a millwright at General Motors in Windsor for 27 years. He loved doing his crossword puzzles every night and donated his talent and woodworking skills so generously. He is now called by the Master Carpenter to continue his work in Heaven. Born in Helmond, The Netherlands she was the daughter of the late Pieter and Anna Verhees. Beloved wife of the late John Oleson (1985). Dear mother of Marianne and her husband The Rev. Allan Livingstone of Goderich, and Peter Oleson and his wife Cathy of Victoria B.C.. Loved by her grandchildren Stephanie and Emily Livingstone, Martina, Rebecca, Valerie and Mitchell Oleson. Great grandmother of Chalene, Maria, Stephanie and Jaden. Also survived by 3 sisters in the Netherlands and predeceased by 1sister and 3 brothers. Mrs Oleson came to Canada in 1953 with her husband John. Oma and Opa spent 41 years of happy marriage in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Cremation has taken place.
