Judith Lin Deegan
passed away suddenly on January 4, 2005 at the Trillium Health Centre. Survived by her sister Jean Kane and her husband William, niece Mary Frances, nephew William, nephew Christopher and niece Allison. Lovingly remembered by her dear friends, Frances and her son David Nolan. She will be sadly missed by her loving dog Princess. After a long battle, Elsie passed away peacefully on January 6, 2005 at the Trillium Health Centre at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Joseph for 53 years. Loving mother to Philip, Stephen and Timothy. The matriarch of our family has passed this life on Friday, January 7, 2005 in her 99th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Duncan MacLaren, dearly loved mother of Noreen, the late Esther and late son-in-law Mel Rolston, and the late Sandy. Dearest grandmother of David (Sandy) and Terry (Doris) Rolston. Dear great grandmother of Melissa, Taylor, Duncan and Samuel Rolston. Honorary member of Ulster United L.O.B.A. and Crystal Chapter #5. Long time resident of New Toronto and member of Century United Church. She will be sadly missed by relatives and friends in Northern Ireland, Scotland, England, the U.S. and Canada and her neighbours. We shared earth time with a very special person. Helen Sarah Patterson, a long time resident of 22nd Street in New Toronto, later a resident of Westminster Court in Mississauga, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 4, 2005 at Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. She will live on in the hearts of many who loved her. Predeceased by her loving husband Charles. Sadly missed by her son Brian and his wife Katharine of B.C., her son John and his wife Luba of Ottawa, her daughter Nancy Fraser and her husband Mark of Toronto and her foster son Michael Harwick of Toronto. passed away peacefully, in his 87th year Friday April 8, 2005 at Peel Manor Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his dearly beloved wife Florence with who he is now forever re-united. Cherished father of Diane McMerty and her husband Tom, son Philip and his wife Jan, grandchildren Dawn (Ken), Colleen (Rui), Laura and Drew, and great grandchildren aka “G.G.” to Paige, Madison and Brooke and unborn. He was warm, generous, loving and quick witted, he will be missed dearly by family and friends.
