Jeffrey Roger Rose
Suddenly as a result of a highway accident in Annandale on Saturday, September 11, 2004 of Jeffrey Roger Rose of Red Point aged 32 years.
Beloved husband of Shirley Rose (nee Hennessey). Loving Father to Kaitlyn and Monica. Dear son of Sheldon and Birdie Rose and Brother of Wade Rose and Steven (Angela) Rose. Also sadly missed by Mother and Father-in-law Hubert and Mary Hennessey brothers and sisters-in-law Lewis (Jacinta) Deveau, Esther (Ernest) Fahey, Clifford (Shelly) Hennessey, Carl (Judy) Hennessey, Blair (Mary) Hennessey, Kim Hennessey and Phillip (Brenda) Hennessey and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. Predeceased by Grand Parents Hazel and Clayton Rose and Percy and Louise Coffin.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral to be held Wednesday afternoon from the East Point United Baptist Church Kingsboro with funeral service to be held at 2 p.m. Internment in the Kingsboro Cemetery.

Gus Longaphie
Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 of Gus Longaphie of Souris aged 89 years. beloved husband of Margaret Ellen Longaphie (nee Dunphy). Loving Father of Thelma, Annie, Joseph 'Buddy', Isabel Dixon (Richard Harris), Lavoin, Anthony, Collin (Lisa), Sandra (Sefton Dixon) and Maggie (Robert) MacEwen. Sadly missed by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Predeceased by sister Margaret Irene.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday morning from 9 a.m. till time of funeral. Funeral to be held Friday morning from St Mary's Church Souris with funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Internment in the church Cemetery. Lisa Marie Longaphie
Suddenly at Basin Head of Lisa Marie Longaphie (nee Holland) of Souris aged 34 years. Beloved wife of Colin Longaphie. Dear Mother to Christopher, Travis and Kayla. Sadly missed by Parents Artie and Helen Holland, Grandmother Theresa Wright, Brothers and Sisters Randy (Dianne) Holland, Wendy (Jimmy) Conway, Joanne (Danny) MacDonald and Cory (Daphnie) Holland and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Grandparents James and Loretta Holland.

Mary Catherine MacIntyre
Peacefully and surrounded by her family at the Souris Hospital on Monday, September 6, 2004 of Mary C. MacIntyre of Souris aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late John D. MacIntyre. Loving mother to Fan (Jo-Anne), Ann (Yvon) Brisson, June (Emery) Gillan, Peter, Peggy (Roger) DesRoches, Veronica (Francis) MacPhee, Ambrose (Margaret), Herbie (Wanda), Martin (Beverley), Cathy (Randy) Gallant and Rita. Sadly missed by Brothers Gus, Daniel, Reginald and Kenneth and Sisters Margaret, Jean, Met and Bessie. Also left to mourn are 28 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Infant son James, grandson's Travis, Sylvaine and Lucas.

Aubrey Reuben MacGregor
Suddenly at the Souris Hospital on Monday, August 30, 2004 of Aubrey MacGregor of East Baltic aged 60 years.
Beloved husband of Debra (nee McIntosh). Loving Father of Tanya (Lance MacDonald), Aaron (Megan) MacGregor. Survived by Sisters Edith (Stavert) Huestis, Donna Campbell, Brenda MacGregor, Janie (Blair) MacDonald and Brothers Richard (Marion) , Donald (Elaine) , Bob (Margaret) and Brother-in-law Bernie Dixon. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Amanda MacGregor, Sisters Margaret, Bonnie, Gaylene and brother-in-law Barry Campbell. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Erika, Kain and Hunter. Also sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews.

Roger Joseph Clements
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, August 19, 2004 of Roger Joseph Clements of Charlottetown and formerly of Souris Line Road aged 62 years. Beloved father of Linda (Wayne) Mills, Roddy (Kelly) Clements, Dove (Jeff) Terry, Claude (Gail) Clements, Shane (Elizabeth) Clements and Dwayne (Nora) Clements. Survived by brother Adrian Clements, Sisters Lorraine (Florent) Nadeau and Violet (Chuck) Ethridge. Fondly remembered by 18 grandchildren and sadly missed by Lorraine Kelly and family.

Arthur Weston Robertson
Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Wednesday, August 18, 2004 of Arthur Robertson of Kingsboro aged 78 years. Beloved husband of Lillian. Survived and sadly missed by Sisters Evelyn Bruce, Jessie Sorrey and Brother Arnold Bruce. Predeceased by his parents Ralph and Jeanette Robertson, Brothers Albert Bruce, Lloyd Bruce, George Robertson, Garfield Robertson, Wayne Bruce and Sister Jeanette Bruce.

William Austin MacGillivary
Peacefully at the Colville Manor in Souris on Friday, August 13, 2004 of Billy MacGillivary of Souris aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth MacGillivary. Veteran of the second world war. Loving Father of Dorothy, Carol Anne (Frank) Galea of Ontario, Kenny (Linda) MacGillivary of Souris, Barbara (Rick) Rayner of Summerside, Sharon (Al) Hughes of Ontario, Eugene (Velvet) MacGillivary of Australia, Margaret (Eddy) Sturge of Ontario, Bonita (Dana) Saunders of Montague. Survived and sadly missed by Brothers Gerald, Cyril and Lee (Vivian) MacGillivary all of Ontario, Sisters-in-law Violet and Evelyn. Fondly remembered by 11 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 7 step-great-grandchildren. Also remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Brothers Aneas and Maurice, Sisters Mary Syl, Cassie and Rita.

Douglas John Heath
Peacefully at the Riverview Manor in Montague on Thursday, July 29, 2004 of Douglas John Heath of Souris aged 98 years.
Beloved husband of Estelle. Survived and sadly missed by sons Roger and Robin, Stepson Edward McInnis, grandsons Simon and Douglas Junior and granddaughter Tanya Brimont.
Douglas Heath was born in London, England on May 18, 1906.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. till time of funeral.
Funeral to be held Tuesday morning from St Alexis Church Rollo Bay with funeral service to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Internment of cremated remains to be held at the RCMP Memorial Cemetery Regina Sask.

Richard Alden McEachern
(Dick- Joe-Donnie)
A proud Scottish Islander and Canadian, September 4, 1924 - July 11, 2004. Born and raised in Priest Pond, PEI. Died suddenly, in his eightieth year, following an accident on his four wheeler, while visiting the shore - the place he loved most.
He had a gusto for history, life and lawsuits. He had an intelligent and inquiring mind. Dick truly enjoyed hosting many fun filled evenings of song, conversation and wine. He held many varied and different positions in his life including fishing, mining and farming, as well as Executive Positions. Dick sat on the Board of Directors for many organizations.
Predeceased by his siblings; Mary, Marjorie, Viola, and Roland. Richard is survived by his sister Rita, and his children, Robert (Priest Pond), Peter, Liza (Vancouver, BC), Paul, Luke, Mary Anne and Donna (Ontario). Richard was the proud grandfather of ten grandchildren.
In keeping with Dick s wishes a Funeral Mass will be held for Dick at St. Columba at Fairfield on Thursday, July 15th at 11:00 a.m.

Kathleen 'Kay' Andros
Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on Friday, July 9, 2004 of Kathleen 'Kay' Andros (nee Walker) of Souris aged 91 years.
Beloved wife of the late Gus Andros. Loving mother of Barbara Jardine of Souris and Linda McBride of Toronto. Sadly missed by grandchildren Allan Jardine, Jamie McBride and Robert McBride, 7 great-grandchildren and sister Edith Andros.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. till time of funeral. Funeral to be held Tuesday morning from the Dingwell Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Internment to take place in the St Peters Anglican Cemetery Charlottetown.

Joyce Fraser
Peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on June 17, 2004 of Joyce Fraser (nee Buffett) of 20 Mutch Drive, Stratford and formerly of Hemlock Court and North Lake aged 81 years.
Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Fraser (1991). Loving mother of Judy Dennis (Larry Hegarty), Eric (Valerie), Blair (Deborah) and Sandra (William Ryan). Sadly missed by grandchildren Angela and Geoffrey Dennis, Ryan, Logan, Skylar and Kaitlyn Fraser and Nathan Ryan. Sister of Eric (Jill) O'Hanley. Predeceased by sisters Maude (Buffett) O'Hanley, Irene (Spurgeon) Walker, Reggie Buffett and half-brothers Percy and Claude O'Hanley.
Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home for visiting hours on Friday from 2-5 p.m. only, then transferred to the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral to be held Sunday afternoon from the East Point United Baptist Church Kingsboro with funeral service at 2 p.m. Internment in the Kingsboro Cemetery.
If so desired donation may be made to the Cdn Cancer Society or the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home would be appreciated. All arrangement entrusted to the Dingwell Funeral Home.
