Beloved husband of the late Muriel (nee Dixon. Loving father of John (Frances), Arlene (Merrill) MacPhail, Donald (Marcy). Proud grandfather to Connie (Peter) McQuaid, Colleen (Norman) McIntosh, Margo (Russell) Slobodon, Lester (Bonnie) Robertson, Helena (Lem) McVane, Darlene (David) MacDonald, Gail Robertson and Tony Gauthier, Lucas Robertson. Great-grandfather to Melissa MacDonald, Sonya, Morgan, McIntosh, Elizabeth, Michael, Heather, Meaghan McQuaid, Trevlyn Slobodon. Also left to mourn is sister Hilda Little and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by infant daughter Elsie Colleen, Son-in-law Horace MacDonald, brothers Lester, Jack, Jimmy, Willy, Alvin, Fulton, Eddie, Peter, Freddy, sisters Mabel, Olive and Lydia.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Friday afternoon from the East Point United Baptist Church Kingsboro with funeral service at 2 p.m. Internment in the Kingsboro Church.

Peacefully and surrounded by his family at the Souris Hospital on Friday, September, 19, 2003 of John 'Jack' A. Leslie of the Souris Line Rd. aged 76 years.
Dear husband of Zilla (nee MacInnis). Cherished father of Brian (Naida) of Connecticut, Matt (Lynda) of Souris Line Rd. , Kevin of Vancouver,Paul (Stella) of Whitehorse, Laura (Doran) Donovan of Halifax, and Marie of Halifax. Loving poppy to Patricia, Graham, Nelly,Becky, Laura, Sarah, Andrew, John, Emma and Alexis. Also left to mourn and sadly missed by Sisters and brothers Elda Whalen, Andrew, Sandy, Hugh, Harold, Sr. Lauretta CSM, Aiden, Martha MacDonald and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Laura Leslie, brother Matthais, sisters Catherine and Gardia, Daughter-in-law Pam (MacLean) Leslie, brothers-in-law Frank Whalen and Leonard MacDonald.

Beloved wife of the late Edward Mahar. Loving mother of Walter Mahar, Mary (Robert) Rossiter, Margie (Danny) Stanley and Betty (Alan) Roach. Sadly missed by grandchildren David, Peter and Juanita Rossiter, Josh Stanley, Erica Carrager, Alaina O'Keefe Greg Roach, great-grandchildren Fineas and Marianne Carrager. Predeceased by daughter Josephine Cross, son-in-law Jim Cross, Parents Roddie and Josephine Steele, brothers and sisters Mary Anne, Laura, Sadie, Bob, Phil, Joseph, Bernard, Syreen, Pius and Leo. Loving father of James (Dawn Mallard), Steve (Suann), Crystal ( Fianc Steven) and Mike. Dear grandfather of Laura, Stephanie, Hannah, Lalah, Julia and Deseray. Sadly missed by brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Agnes Manning.

Beloved wife of the late Lloyd MacEwen. Loving Mother of Edna (Allison) Mutch, Kentville, N.S., Doris (Wally) Wood, Marshfield, Billy (Karen), Charlottetown, Dwight of Ottawa. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild, Brother Arnold (Jean) Mills of Howe Bay. Predeceased by Parents William and Pearl (MacFarlane) Mills, Brother James, Brothers-in-law Earl and Harold.

Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Monday, November 22, 2004 of John Richard Hayden formerly of Greenwich aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Pearl (nee Squires). Predeceased by sisters Florence Ching (Lowell) and Amanda MacGregor (Harold). Richard is also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and the very kind staff at Corrigan Home where he resided for the past four years.

Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Saturday, November 13, 2004 surrounded by her family of Mabel Ferne Baker (nee Robertson) of Munn's Road aged 86 years.
Beloved wife of Irving Baker. She will be fondly remembered by her children Fern (Waldron) Leard, Wendell (Barbara) Baker, Arthur (Theresa) Baker, Lilian (Don) Humphrey and her 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She leaves to mourn Brother Earl (Ruth) Robertson, Sisters-in-law Lorna Robertson, Jean (Ray) Mosher, Anita Baker, Brothers-in-law Jack (Cindy) MacDonald, Robert (Aletha) Baker and numerous nieces and nephews.
