Grandfather of Matthew, David and Laurie-Ann, great grandfather of Kaitlyn Campbell and step-grandfather of Katrina Mugford, Marcus and Yves Bulger. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Fannie Sudsbury and brother Herdon and a brother in infancy.

R. Waldron Auld, M.D., C.M., Victoria St., Kensington, PEI died Thursday May 30 at the V.G. Site QE II, Halifax, NS. Born July 12, 1922 at Freetown, PEI, the son of the late Robert C. Auld and Margaret (Cameron) Auld.
He was a graduate of Prince of Wales College and Dalhousie University Medical School. He was a charter member of the Kensington Lions Club, former chairman of the School Board, former member of the Prince County Medical Society, the Donwood Institute Medical Staff and the medical staff of the East Prince Health Addiction Centre and Kensington United Church.
He is survived by his wife Barbara (Strong) Auld, daughter Barbara Anne Stonehouse (Don), son David (Joanne) and grandchildren Suzanne, Peter, Allison and Andrew. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy (Auld) Heighton.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Kensington United Church. Interment in People s Cemetery Freetown, immediately followed by a reception at the Murray Centre of Kensington United Church. Nephew of Lori, Robbie, and Michael (Shelley) Mosher, Clarence (Katherine), Bruce (Sylvia), Norman (Judy), Stewart, Grafton (Susan) Cple and Nancy (Earl) MacLeod. Step-nephew of Joan (Eric) Parsons; Alden (Carol) Smith; Gail (Everett) Burt, Erroll (Betty) Smith, Opal (George) MacEwen, Ian Smith and Kevin Smith. Special cousin of Jeremy Mosher and Nevyn Mosher and many other cousins. Special grand nephew of Marlene (Dr. Dave) Thomas. Especially remembered and loved by his many Sea Cadet friends across Canada.
