At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, September 19, 2001 of Roderick (Roddy) Bruce Pratt of St. Peters Bay. Age 74 years.
Beloved husband of Mary (nee Matheson). Loving father of Halbert (Shirley), Malcolm (Rena), Roderick (Dhuey) (Heather), Barbie Jean Williams and Janet Pratt Thibault (Carl). Lovingly remembered by his eight grandchildren, Shannon, Wayne, Clifton, David, Stephanie, Alex, Devaney & Mariah. Brother of Barbara Pratt, Anna Fraser, Kathleen Anderson (Don), Charles (Barbara), and brother-in-law of Grace Pratt, David Nott and Ross Matheson (Noryne) Predeceased by his parents Charles Chester Pratt and Olive B. (nee Anderson) Pratt and by his brothers and sisters Halbert, David, Lois and Mary.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and then to Dr. Roddy MacDonald Community Center, St. Peters Bay for visitation Friday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Saturday from St. Peters Bay United Church at 2PM. Interment in Midgell Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Oncology Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

GORDON ALEXANDER STEWART
At the Palliative Care Unit of The Prince Edward Home on Thursday, January 24, 2002, of Gordon A. Stewart of Winsloe, age 75 years.
Husband of Norma (nee Pound) Stewart. Father of Paul (Barb), Gary, Shelley Parkman and John (Donna). Grampy to Krista Stewart, Tyler & Megan Parkman and Alex Stewart. Brother of Ira (Ethel), Marion Frey (Bill), John (Jean), Vida Cass and Shirley MacKay (Norman).
Predeceased by his parents Jack & Blanche (Dewar) Stewart.
No visiting hours by personal request. Private funeral service at Belvedere Funeral Home on Saturday. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial donations may be made to PEI Hospice.

W. STANLEY WILLIS
At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, October 18, 2001 of W. Stanley Willis of Cornwall. Age 84 years.
Beloved husband of Reta J. (nee Pethick). Dear father of Wanda Robinson (Vernon) and Carl (Gayle). Loving grandfather of five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Brother of Eleanor Kitson (Norris) and Georgie Edwards. Brother-in-law of Ella Willis. Lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Bert and Sadie Willis, by his brothers Lemuel, Charles, Horace and Sterling and by his brother-in-law Johnnie Edwards.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11AM. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Visitation Friday 3-5 and 7-9. Flowers gratefully declined. Memorial donations may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Oncology Department or Cornwall United Church. Brethren of St. John Lodge will hold a Masonic Service at the funeral home Friday evening at 9PM.

Arthur E. Bell

Arthur E. Bell, Veteran of World War II, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 14, 2001 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 78 years. Well done good and faithful servant.
Beloved husband of Jean (nee Andrews). Dear father of Donna Croft (Greg), Halifax, NS; Nora MacEwen (Allison), Charlottetown; Timothy (Rhonda) Brockville,ON; Leah Talbot (Dan), Brampton, ON; John (friend Hannah), Charlottetown. Lovingly remembered by his 13 grandchildren. Brother of Florence Ross,Crapud; Cora Ferguson, Crapaud; Helen MacLean,London, ON. Predeceased by his son Donald Arthur, by his parents Russell and Adella (Howatt) Bell, and by his brothers William and Arnett.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Wednesday from Grace Baptist Church at 2PM. Interment in Free Church of Scotland Cemetery, Cape Traverse. Memorial donations may be made to Grace Christian School.

John (Jack) Robert Bell

Brother in -law of Nellie Patterson (Malcolm), Gilbert R. Clements (Wilma) and Arthur Clements (Dorothy). Predeceased by his parents J. Russell and Margaret Jane (Jenkins) Bell.

Sarah Jane Irene Coleman
At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, November 29, 2001, of Sarah Jane Irene Coleman, stillborn infant of Stephen and Sheila Coleman. Sister of Jennifer and Matthew. Granddaughter of Judy and Gordon Cotton of Alberton and Joseph and the late Irene Coleman of Corner Brook, Newfoundland.

Helen Cummiskey
At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, January 14, 2002 of Helen Cummiskey (nee MacDonald) of Charlottetown. Age 91 years.
Dear mother of Pauline Tupper (Jim) of Dartmouth and Jacqueline Moore (Ron) of Charlottetown. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister of Anne Mullen and Aletha Morrison both of Charlottetown. Predeceased by her husband John C. Cummiskey, by her brother Arthur MacDonald and by her sister Marion Callaghan.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Thursday morning at 9:45, then to the Church of The Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Equipment Fund. The Holy Redeemer CWL will hold a prayer service at the funeral home Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Besides her husband she is survived by her only brother William Jay Sr. (Eleanor), by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, November 22, 2002 of A. Vernon Drake of Cornwall. Age 81 years.
Veteran of World War II. Husband of Helen (nee Rodgerson). Step-father of Wayne MacKinnon (Linda) and Barry (Karen). Step-grandfather of Amber. Brother of Lawson (Eileen). Brother in-law of Ethel Drake. Predeceased by his parents Lemuel and Carrie (nee MacLaren) Drake, by his brother Stewart and by his infant sisters Helen and Marion. Lovingly remembered by his 6 nieces and nephews and numerous grand nieces and nephews.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 1:30. Interment in Cornwall United Church Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Kingston Branch # 30 of the Royal Canadian Legion will hold a service of remembrance at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 6:45.
