Dear mother of William Jeffers and his wife Carol Anne. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Bill and his wife Jacqui, Dan and his wife Gina, Jennifer and her husband Michael Savel, James and his friend Angela and her great-grandchildren Emily and Bryan Jeffers, Molly, Maggie and Grace Jeffers, Nicholas, Katie and Lucas Savel and the late Audrey Jeffers. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Isobel will be sadly missed by her nephews, nieces and friends. Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with Funeral Service in the Chapel on Sunday, February 11 at 3 p.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Perth, in the spring. Charles, beloved husband of Dorothy. Dear father of Derek, and his wife Bonnie, David, and his wife Judy, Sandra, and her husband Rick. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Colin, Dylan, Sarah and Shelby. Survived by his sister Doris, and her husband Andy. Peacefully at Heritage Green Retirement Home, Stoney Creek, Ontario on Friday, February 9th, 2001 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Kathleen and predeceased by wife Nora Ormerod. Loving father of Barbara Eismont (Fred), Oshawa; Audrey Boutcher, Hamilton; Shirley Beckon, Aylmer; George (Dana), Port Dover; Richard (Jackie), Hagersville. Stepfather of Edward Playfair (Gwen), Caledonia; and Norman Playfair (Marilyn), Stoney Creek. Will be missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. passed away peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Thursday, February 8, 2001 at the Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa, in her 85th year. Grace will be sadly missed by residents and staff of Thorntonview Nursing Home especially her roommate Ann. Mrs. Vance is survived by her sister Elizabeth Campbell, brother Harold Gascoigne and fondly remembered by dear friends Marie and Ted Arsenault. Mrs. Vance will be resting at the W.C. Survived by grandsons Kevin and Ryan of Victoria, brother Maurice Butt of Courtice, sister Thelma (Garnet) Jordan of Pontypool and sister-in-law Beatrice Huggins of Solina. At Lakeridge Health Oshawa on February 7th, 2001, in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Charles Henry Fenner (Goderich), her daughter and son-in-law Sandra Jean (Fenner) Karikas and Steve Karikas (Kincardine), several brothers and sisters. Left to mourn are sons Stanley Fenner and wife Elizabeth (Niagara Falls), Robert Fenner and wife Barbara (Oshawa). Grandchildren: Susan (Fenner) Chase and husband Bradley (Goderich), Jeanette (Karikas) Riddell and husband Ronald (Lucan), Angela (Fenner) Plater and husband Dean (Winchester), David Karikas and fiance Rita McLean (Scotland, G.B.), Leanne Fenner and fiance Michael Nolan (Seaforth). Great-grandchildren: Norman, April, Rebecca and Emily Riddell, Krystal and Danielle Chase and Madison Plater. This quiet little lady will be greatly missed. Born January 12, 1906, a proud W.W.II RAF Veteran. Passed into the hands of her beloved Lord in the presence of her only daughter, Mary on Wednesday, February 7, 2001 at Fairview Lodge, Whitby. Margaret will forever be remembered for her deep faith, wonderful sense of humour, class, selflessness and limitless forgiveness. To the end, her concern was only for her family, her grandchildren Rhys, Kyle, Renee, Leslee and Stephen, Rory, beloved son-in-law Rodger, and her caregivers, not herself.
