John in his 75th year. Dearly beloved husband of the late Jean for 53 years. Beloved father of Sharon Haney and her husband Gary of Pickering, Glen Copithorn and his wife Brenda of Newcastle, and Garry Copithorn and his wife Paula of Port Perry. Dear brother of Dale Copithorn and his wife Dolores of Oshawa, Don Copithorn of Stouffville, and Grace Blumstein and her husband Paul of New York. Lovingly remembered by his wife Lydia and his children and their spouses Dorothy and Malcolm, Bea and Kevin, Charles and Rebecca, Wilson and Greer, Morgan and Andrea and Betty and Bob. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Morgan, Andy, Tim, Mary, Fred, Robert and Lynn and his six great-grandchildren.
