Retired from CIBC. After a brief illness at the Ajax and Pickering Health Centre on Tuesday, July 31, 2001. Jim Lacasse in his 81st year. Beloved husband of 57 years to Betty. Loving father of Jerry and his wife Lucy, Don, of Victoria B.C., Cathy and her husband Mark Thickins. Dear grandfather of Jennifer and Tim. Survived by sister Joan Tremblay, of B.C. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Private family service to be held with cremation to follow. Should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Ajax and Pickering Health Centre.

LANGLEY, Rosamond (Rosebud)
Age 85 years. Peacefully at her home in Bowmanville on Tuesday July 31, 2001. Beloved wife of Rev. Allan (A.D.) Langley. Doris (nee Bray), beloved wife of Roy Nottingham of Caesarea. Loved mother of Jack Nottingham and his wife Karel of Seagrave, Gary Nottingham and his wife Margit of Raglan, Ken Nottingham and his wife Barb of Little Britain, Ralph Nottingham and his wife Diane of Epsom, Nancy Nottingham and her companion Roger Denomme of Brooklin, Paul Nottingham and his wife Beth of Sunderland, and Robert Nottingham and his wife Donna of Port Hope. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Ruth Gimblett of Oshawa, Hazel and her husband Bruce Ormiston, Shirley Holiday and Douglas Bray all of Oshawa, and Donna and herhusband Walter Sandison of Port Perry. Doris was predeceased by her granddaughter Kristina Nottingham and her brother Lorne Bray. Brother-in-law to Allan and Pat Johnston; Carmen and Elaine MacDonald; and Shirley Wood. Survived by many nieces and nephews.
