At the Ajax and Pickering Health Centre on Friday July 27, 2001 at the age of 67, after a lengthy illness. Ralph, beloved husband of Doreen. Loving father of Diane and Rick Robertson, David and Janice, Donna and David Komel, Danny and Kally, Douglas and Lori, and Dennis and Debbie. Loving grandpa of 13 grandchildren. Survived by his mother Rose. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax from 7-9pm on Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9pm on Sunday. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernadette's Roman CatholicChurch, (SE corner of Harwood Rd. at Bayly St., Ajax) on Monday July 30, 2001 at 10:30am. WADE, William Edward "Bill"
Longtime local musician, Member of the band Moxy. Peacefully on Friday July 27, 2001 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 54th year. Bill beloved son of the late William and Margaret Wade. Dear brother of John Wade and his wife Carolyn, loving uncle of Jeff Wade, Terry Wade and his wife Judy, and Cathy Wade, great uncle of Andrew Wade. Special friend of Bud and Nancy Caine. Friends may call at the Armstrong funeral home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa, on Tuesday July 31st from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A complete funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday August 1st at 1 pm. Cremation. DALEMAN, Casey Peter
At home on July 26, 2001 with grace, dignity and courage, supported by his loving family. Casey will be sadly missed by his wife and soul mate Helene, his children Denise Robinson (Stephen), Robert and his friend Casey, and his first grandchild and namesake Eric Casey. Predeceased by his parents John and Cecilia Daleman, he is survived by 6 brothers and sisters, Peter (Mary), Theo (Anne), Rynnetta (Bob), Tony (Bev), John (Marlene), Cecilia (Jim). Casey dedicated many years to education and retired as Superintendent of Education for the Durham District School Board. He was a member of the Rotary Club of Oshawa and the President of the East Durham Unit of the Canadian Cancer Society. Friends may call at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa, on Sunday, July 29th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A service celebrating Casey's life will take place on Monday, July 30th at Whitby Free Methodist Church (1916 Rossland Road, Whitby) at 2 p.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Hearth Place, or the Oncology Department at Lakeridge Health Oshawa would be greatly appreciated.

Fondly remembered by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loved brother of Margaret Smith. June 29, 1901 - July 25, 2001. It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Mr. Wally Brock, in his 101 St year) on Wednesday July 25, 2001 at Lakeridge Health Whitby. WaIly was a good man who led a good, generous and full life. He will be greatly missed by all of his many friends at Simcoe Hall Settlement House, Whitby and Oshawa Seniors Centres, the Whitby Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion and also Moose Lodge. Dear Companion and friend to Mable Morey and much loved and respected friend of Tern and Joshua Hulcoop and Trent Hobbs. Friends will be received at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 112 Whitby on Wednesday August 1, 2001 at 2 pm. Memorial service and reception to follow at the Legion, 117 Byron St. S., Whitby. WILLITTS, Dr. Donald
passed away at his home, with family members at his bedside, Wednesday, July 25, 2001 at the age of 76 years. Dear gentle man, loving husband of Jean, dearly loved father of Bonnie (Kenn), Barbara (Brian), Bill (Aila), Robert (Stephanie), Tom (Peggy) and Douglas. Doting grandfather of Nicholas, Dustin, Sebastian, Rafael, Luc, Mathew, Allison, Emily, Devon, Bronte, Christian and Mercia. Don was in the Navy during W.W. II. He graduated from O.V.C. in 1954 and was in large animal practice in Uxbridge. He went on to establish the Markham Road Veterinary Hospital where he practiced until 1979. In 1980, he established the Mt. Albert Veterinary Hospital where he continued to do daily what he enjoyed most, caring for pets, large and small. Don loved his island in Temagami and the family fun times there. His family and friends will always remember Don for his love of nature and animals and for how much he enjoyed working around his farm and his newly planted apple orchard. The family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Feinberg, Dr. Hart and the supportive staff at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto. Also, the family thanks Dr. Merrow, nurses Tracy Derry, Teresa Buckley and Melissa Colbourne for their excellent care of and support to Don and the family at home. The family is especially thankful to the numerous friends of the family and the members of the Mt. Albert community for their kind words of support, thoughts and prayers. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2001 at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Albert United Church, Alice St. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation or to the Mt. Albert United Church would be appreciated.

Diane Prentice of Etobicoke; dear Grandfather to Chad Prentice of Bowmanville and Kory and Leah Prentice of Vancouver, B.C. Brother of Gord Chant of Alberta and the late Paul Chant of Hampton. Larry, also remembered by Clara and those who knew him over the many years he serviced the area with his Hampton business. Friends will be received for a memorial gathering at Soper Creek Park on Simpson St. in Bowmanville from 1-4 pm this afternoon (Sunday July 29) in lieu of a traditional service, as were his wishes.
