PARTRIDGE, Thomas (Tom) A.
On Saturday, July 14th, 2001, after a courageous battle with cancer, Tom passed away with his family by his side at the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. He will always be loved by his wife Dian, his son David and wife Cora, his brothers Jim and wife Lynda, and Brian and wife Maxine, as well as his mother-in-law Mimi. Tom will be incredibly missed by his many nieces and nephews, family members, friends, and those who knew him as the owner of the Village Library and Book Shop over the last 35 years. Predeceased by his loving parents, Harry and Jean Partridge. A funeral service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church (Pickering Village/Ajax, Ontario), Kingston Road (Hwy. 2) at Randall Drive (just west of Church Street on the south side of Hwy. 2 in Ajax) on Tuesday, July 17, 2001 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery in Pickering.
