Peacefully, after a lengthy battle with A.L.S., with his family by his side, on Thursday, March 28th, 2002 at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa, in his 72nd year. Loving companion of Mary Babcock; dear step-dad of Mary Anne, Cathy, Patti, Lori Jo and his grandchildren Sarah, Adam, Nicole, Jessica, Jeremy, Rachel and two great-grandchildren; Nicholas and Alyssa. Wynn is survived by his brother Hywell, sister Heulwen and husband Jack, Mair and husband Walter and is predeceased by his brother Emyr. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family in Wales and Great Britain. passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Hospital Toronto on Thursday March 28th, 2002. Clare, in his 72nd year. Surrounded by his very loving wife Anne of 50 years and his son Gary and his wife Carol, and Daughter Peggy, Grandchildren David, Danny, Tanya, Chris, and their spouses, Kelly, Kimmy, and Clinton. He is survived by his brother Elgin Mason of Newcastle. He retired from PPG in 1984. Arrangements entrusted to the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East. In honour of Clare's wishes, there will be no Funeral Services. Cremation and Interment at MOUNT LAWN Cemetery Whitby. Memorial Donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated. A special Thank You to the staff of St. Michael's Hospital for the wonderful care and support during this time.
ROBINET, Marjorie Nance (Carole) nee Baker -
In her 83rd year, died peacefully in her Ajax home on the morning of Thursday, March 28, 2002. Born August 28, 1918 in Worksop, England and later emigrated to Canada, she became a Canadian Citizen on March 18, 1971. Mrs. Robinet predeceases her husband, Mr. Joseph Robinet, with whom she celebrated 58 years of marriage. Carole with her eternal smile, will be missed by many family and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Captain William Baker, formerly of England. She is survived by her loving children, Dolores Zimny of Whitby, Lorraine Banks and her husband David of Oshawa, and David Robinet and his wife Mary of Whitby. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kimberley Allen nee Banks of Oshawa, Gregory Banks of Oshawa, Jay and Kyle Robinet of Whitby and Alicia Zimny of Whitby. She was predeceased by Michael Zimny. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Brittany Banks, and Bradley Allen of Oshawa. Services were held on Saturday March 30, 2002 and Interment will be at MOUNT LAWN Memorial Gardens in Whitby. The family asks that in lieu of flowers in honour of Mrs. Robinet's love for animals, donations be made to an animal foundation of your choice. The family wishes to extend many heart felt thanks and appreciation to all those persons who helped us during our time of bereavement. Arrangements entrusted to McEachnie Funeral Home.

It is with a profound sense of loss that the family of Norm Sufrin announce his passing, on Thursday, March 28, 2002. After a bravely fought long battle, he is now at rest. Norm, dearly loved husband of Sandra, proud father of Kym, Jon, Ryan, and Meaghan. Fondly remembered by his mother-in-law Theresa Kerr, and brother-in-law John Kerr. Predeceased by his parents Celia and Joseph Sufrin. He will be sadly missed by his dog Fortune. The family will receive friends at the W.C.
