Dear brother of Sharon Mcintyre and her husband Bill and Ronald Barriage and his wife Julie. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. BLANCHARD, Doreen Mary -

June 5, 1931 - April 22, 2002. It is with sad regret we announce the passing of Doreen. She leaves behind her loving husband of 52 years, Raymond Blanchard, children Wayne (Sheila), Mark, Dianna (Dirk), 5 grandchildren, 1 brother George (Jane), lifetime friend Lila Prokop, and beloved Max. She is predeceased by 2 brothers and I sister, mother and father. We wish to give a special thanks to her niece Gail Marian and the Andrews family. There will be a private celebration of Doreen's life at a later date. VAN BRUGGEN, John -

Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, April 22, 2002 in his 70th year. John will be lovingly remembered by his family: son John and his wife Arna; daughter Melanie and her husband David; son Anthony and his wife Caryn; granddaughters Amanda and Nicole and great-grandchildren Kendra, Kourtney, Tanner, Jared and Emily. He will be greatly missed by surviving sisters Margaret, Tonnie, Ludy, twin sister Jotie, and brother Gerard; predeceased by his mother, father and sister Gonda. Will be sadly missed by special friends Fran and Bertha. Past president of the Oshawa Camera Club, John was an avid outdoorsman and tennis player. Special thanks to everyone at Durham Access to Care, Lakeridge Health Oshawa, especially Palliative Care and the nurses on the eighth floor and White Cliffe Terrace for their caring and support.
