Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Lakeridge Health, Bowmanville, on Saturday, August 16, 2003. Margaret Simpson (nee Seagrove), at 65 years of age, beloved wife of Richard Costante. Loving mother of Brian (Dianne), Steve (Karen), Rick (Sharon) and Michelle. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren. Peacefully in his sleep on Friday, August 15, 2003 at Lakeridge Health, Bowmanville, Stewart Martin, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Margaret. Lovingly missed by his daughter Dawn and husband Dave, son Roy and his wife Lynda, and grandsons Andrew, Blake and Cameron. Survived by his sister-in-law Cathie and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Roy and Bill. Many, many thanks to the wonderful caring staff at Lakeridge Health, Bowmanville. passed away at her residence in Oshawa, on Friday, August 15, 2003. Maria, in her 81st year. Beloved wife of the late Paul Zdroweckyj. Survived by her cousins, Ewgene Wlasiuk of Oshawa and Helena Bulak of Ottawa, her brother Nick Batenchuk, her sister and other relatives in the Ukraine. Surrounded by her family, she passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 10, 2003, after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, John Patrick. A loving and incredible mother to Anne-Marie and husband Stephen Steer, Eamonn, Sean and wife Carmelle, and Daniel. A caring grandmother to Jonathan and Chelsea. Predeceased by her son David and her granddaughter Katelynn. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother John Sweeney and wife Mary (Chicago), the Landis family (Michigan), Mary Ellen and Mary Sweeney (Ireland), and the Coyle family (USA, Ireland, and Great Britain). With her passing, she joins in Heaven her brothers Francis and Daniel Sweeney, and sisters Mary Landis and Veronica Sweeney. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Isaac Jogues Roman Catholic Church, 1148 Finch Avenue, Pickering, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2003.
