Brother of Barbara Harrell and her husband Alf of Oshawa, James Bryce and his wife Agnes of Toronto, Christina Rose of Bowmanville and the late Mary McNeice and Agnes Harper. Peacefully into the arms of God on Sunday, November 30, 2003 at the Versa Care Nursing Home in Uxbridge, in her 75th year. Betty Fellows will be sorrowfully and lovingly missed by her brother Courtland Fellows of Uxbridge, sister Win Legault of Ottawa and predeceased by her brother Thomas Fellows and her sisters Irene Thomas, Grace Gridley, Rhoda Jones and Kay Slater. Betty will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and all her family and friends. Loving uncle of Ken Torrens and his wife Colleen of Erin, Ron Torrens and his wife Andrea of Montreal, Lee-Ann Torrens and her husband David Abramson of Montreal, Diane Johnson of Mount Forest, Reverend Gregory Johnson and his wife Tracey of Toronto, and Julie and her husband Steve Donnelley of North Branch, Minnesota. Wesley will be remembered by several great nieces and nephews. R.H. and Jennie Hamilton. Beloved wife of Jack VanDriel (predeceased 1979), (former owner of College Hill Barber Shop). Loving mother of John VanDriel and his wife Lois and the late David (1966). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Louann and her husband Chris Wright, Suzanne and her husband Steve Coverly and Joanne and her husband Ken Muir and by her great grandchildren Jonathan, Bronwyn, Sean, Ian and Colin. Dear sister of Myrl Barkey, Gladys Hamilton, Gordon Hamilton, Grace and her husband Ron Bock and Hazel Hamilton. Predeceased by her brothers Robert, Burton, Kenneth and Arthur. Beloved husband for 38 years of the late Doris Eleanor Fallstrom. Loving father of Eleanor and her husband Jerry Wells of Lendell Beach, British Columbia and Wayne and his wife Linda Lapp. Loved grandfather of William James (Wil/Jamie) Wells and his wife Patricia (Trisha) of Forrest, Ontario, Mark Morgan, Stephen Morgan and his wife Darlene, Luke Morgan and his wife Candace, all of Uxbridge and Aaron Morgan and his wife Christina of Hamilton, Ontario. Adoring Great Poppa to Kathleen, Stephanie and Abby. Bill, will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his special friend of the past 19 years Helen Hockley, his sister Florence McLachlin of St. Catherines, Brother-In-Law Carl Fallstrom and his wife Donna of London, Sister-In-Law Helen Ross and her husband Charles of Peterborough, Ontario, his many nieces and nephews in Canada and England, Zeredatha Lodge #220, Succoth Chapter #135 Royal Arch Masons, Uxbridge, of which Bill was in his 50th year of membership and past member of Rameses Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Toronto. After a short illness at Lakeridge Health, Bowmanville on Saturday, November 29, 2003 at the age of 76 years. Suzanne, beloved wife of the late Preston Nix. Loving mother of Robert Hamelin and his wife Louise. Loved grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by her brothers Raymond and Herman Bureau. Good friend and companion of Ken Schermerhorne. Dear friend of Kim and Michael Fletcher. Arthur passed peacefully at his residence at the Court at Pringle Creek, Whitby ON, on Friday, November 28, 2003. Survived by his loving wife Edna and his loving sister Ruth. Beloved father of Ross and his wife Nancy, Cheryl and her husband Paul, Rick and his wife Carol. Grandfather to Pam, Laura, Heather, Bradley and Robert. Arthur was in his 86th year and recently celebrated his 61st wedding anniversary. A lifelong Freemason, Past Master of John Ross Robertson Lodge and long-time member of West Hill Lodge. Also a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite and a member of the Rameses Shrine. Memorial service for friends and relatives in the Chapel at the Court at Pringle Creek, 3975 Anderson St., Whitby, ON at 10:00 a.m., Saturday December 6, 2003.
