JANSSEN, Nelly
Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday March 24, 2004 at the age of 68. Beloved wife of Anton for 47 years. Loving mother of Gerry and his wife Melanie, Henny and her husband Blair, Frank and his wife Heather. Very proud Oma of Brett, Kelly, Jessica, Justin and Mandy. Survived by many relatives in Holland. Loving grandfather of Michael and Dayna Harder, and Aaron, Sarah, Mark and Tyler Ruetz. Fondly remembered by brother Winfield Harder and his wife Theresa, and sisters Rena Cunningham of Consecon, Rita Drews and husband Max of Calgary, Nettie Larson and husband Roland of St. Louis, Missouri. Dear brother-in-law of Thelma Harder, Peggy Harder, Anna Harder and Audrey McKnight. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Blanche Harder, brothers Byron, Harrison, Maitland, Richard and Walter, sister Clara Hoskin, brothers-in-law Maustyn McKnight, George Cunningham, Thorold Hoskin, sister-in-law Viola Harder and infant sister Ada Blanche Harder and infant brother John Franklin Harder. Beloved husband of Jeannine for 56 years and dear father of Robert (Cathy) Fillion of Whitby, Suzan (Clarence) Colp of Yellowknife, Monique (Jeff) Maclean of Oshawa, Shirley (John) Szabo of Hamilton, Marie-Paul Kelly of Oshawa, Dianne Fillion (Bob Ellis) of Oshawa, Lawrence (Laurie) Fillion of Bobcaygeon, Angeline (Remi) Boucher of Virginiatown, and Anthony (Tammy) Fillion of Little Britain. Lovingly remembered by 21 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. LITTLEFAIR, Mary
Who passed away on March 20th, 2004 (the first day of spring) at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Mary Marie Plitz was the wife of the late W.K. (Ken) Littlefair (1997). She is survived by two sons and their families: Jim Littlefair and Susan Grav of Belleville, Ontario and Bill and Jennifer Littlefair of Oshawa, Ontario. Mary was the loving and special gramma to Matthew and Andrew Littlefair and Jessica and Aaron Littlefair. Mary leaves many of her ten sisters and brothers: Susan Sauve, Ingrid Toms, Sandy Jackson, Vicky Balsdon, Reta Barr, Doug Plitz, Eddie Plitz, Ernie Plitz and Gus Plitz. She was predeceased by her sister Bea in 2002. Mary was aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews in the Plitz family. Mary's family lived in Highland Creek and later Pickering where many of the family remained all of their lives. Ken and Mary and their family resided in the Beach community in Toronto and Scarborough. Mary later lived in Beaverton and Oshawa. She would have celebrated her 81st birthday later this month. As you enjoy the coming of spring this year, think of Mary as your gardens fill with colour. Memorial gifts may be made to the Foundation Office of Lakeridge Health Oshawa - "Cancer Centre" or the Canadian Cancer Society.
