Grandmother of Christopher, Gregory, Rachael, and Lauren. Sister of Alan, Dorothy, and Thomas. Predeceased by brothers James, Victor, Stanley, and Charles, and sister Dulcia, and the infant twins. Herbert beloved husband of Eunice Nee Bond. Loving father of Richard and his wife Debra and David and his wife Catherine. Dear grandfather of Rory, Ryan and Emily.
