It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lee Ann of Keoma, Alberta at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 of Hodgkins disease. Lee Ann is survived by her loving husband Edward Dea and son Alexander Dea. Loved daughter of Joseph Karas, sister Janet Brandt and brother Roger Karas. Lee Ann was predeceased by her mother Janet Karas and her grandmother Flora Garraway. Originally from Ontario she had resided in Keoma for the past 4 years. Lee Ann loved gardening, crafts, country music and spending time with her family especially her beautiful son Alexander. Lee Ann was a woman of incomparable strength and courage who fought her disease for most of her adult life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. JOSEPH'S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, Liberty St. S., Bowmanville on Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at 11a.m.

25 year employee of General Motors, Oshawa. Died suddenly at Mt. Sinai Hospital on August 23, 2004 at the age of 45. Will be forever missed by his companion Norma Jean Tucker, her children, Sheila and Sarah. Very proud grandpa Rob to his step grandson Kristian. He is survived by his mother Evelyn Whalen, 2 brothers, 5 sisters, and their families. Will be fondly remembered by mother-in-law Pauline Stoner, sister-in-law Charlene Minassian, and her family. At Robert's request, cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service and Interment of ashes will be held.
