Suddenly at his home in Brougham on Sunday January 8, 2006 at the age of 52. Jonesy will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all of his friends. Peacefully at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on Sunday, January 8th, 2006 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Hilda Moffatt. Lovingly remembered by his 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Leo Moffatt and his sister Betty Greer. PARKER, Brian Warren
Tragically on Saturday, January 7, 2006 in his 35th year, as a result of an accident in South Carolina. Warren was part of the Parker Trio, a well known Southern Gospel group. Warren was lead singer and accomplished at the keyboard. He was the recipient of numerous Canadian Gospel Music Association Awards. Warren is survived by his best friend/partner in life and ministry, Shannan. Also survived by his parents Brian and Edna, sister Julie and her husband David, and nephews Ryan and Matthew. Fondly remembered by his Uncle Roger, Aunt June, cousins Garth and Lynne of Brampton, and relatives in Northern Ireland. Remembered by the other members of the Parker Trio (P3), Angie and Brandt White. The family will receive friends at Bayfair Baptist Church, 817 Kingston Road, Pickering (East of Whites Road) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday. Peacefully at Agape Hospice, Calgary Alberta on January 04, 2006 at 47 years of age. He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Shirlee Hele (pre-deceased by father Thomas in 1997). Dear brother to Jonathan and wife Lauren of Markham, Theresa and husband Dale of Quebec, Nathan and wife Deborah of Orillia, Orcean and Maryanne of Oshawa. He is mourned by his much loved Cristl Porter and his "family of friends" in Calgary that helped to care for him during his battle with cancer over the past several months. He is remembered by his ex-wife Darlene and family of Calgary. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
