KUCZWAL, Cindy M.
passed away suddenly on January 4, 2006 at the age of 47. Loving wife of Ed. Beloved mother of Christian (Debby), Jaime (Richard), and Rebecca. Proud grandmother of Coty, Joshua, Alysa and Noah. Cindy will be fondly remembered by her brothers and sisters Ted (Doris) of Bancroft, Jim of Oshawa, Bill (Marlene) of Saskatoon, Katy of Oshawa, Dick (Marie), Mary of Oshawa, Gary (Sandra) of Haliburton, Larry (Mary) of Whitby, Dennis of Whitby and Randy of Bewdley. Predeceased by her parents Catherine and Edward Jeffrey and her brothers Jack and Tim. Resting at the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL (110 Dundas Street East, Whitby 905-668-3410). Visitation will be Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held in our chapel on Saturday at 10:00am. Interment at Union Cemetery, Oshawa. In memoriam, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

STEPHENS, George Michael Mick
Peacefully at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, January 4th, 2006 in his 70th year. Beloved husband of June for 46 years. Loving father of Andrew (Judy), Tony and Kevin (Laura). Cherished Grandad of Lisa, Nicole, Kylee, Riley and Brody. Lovingly remembered by his brother Bob (Joan) and sisters Audrey, Margaret (Les) and Diane (John). Predeceased by his parents George and Elizabeth Stephens of England. Mick was born in Battersea, England. He served in the British Army for three years. Mick came to Canada with his family in 1964. He was a member of the Millwrights Local 2309 and retired in 1996. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. TAYLOR, Douglas Scotty
(1926 2006) (WWII Veteran) Peacefully on Wednesday, January 4th, 2006 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of the late Sheila. Survived by his friend and companion Diane Goodman (his sweetheart). Loving father of Archie and his wife Janet, Robert and his wife Elizabeth, Doug Jr., Brian and his wife Debbie and Elizabeth. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Brad, Bryan, Mark, Mary, Emily, Kayla, Steven, Nathan, Billy, Rory and Tasha. Dear brother of Margaret. Also fondly remembered by many other relatives and friends. HAZELDEN-BEST, Troy
In loving arms, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006 at Crossroads Hospice in Port Moody, B.C. Troy Brandon James Best (Hazelden), born March 25th, 1981 at Ajax Hospital. He lived and was raised in Nestleton, ON and moved to British Columbia with friends four years ago. He was self-employed in the flooring installation business. He will be greatly missed in loving thoughts and memories forever by his fianc Kim Billyeald. Lovingly remembered by his parents Thelma and Barry Hazelden of Nestleton and Rick Best of Vancouver. Dear brother of Travis, Mike and Jacob. Fondly and lovingly remembered by his grandparents, relatives and many friends. HENDERSON, Myrtle
Myrtle fought her fight with the same strong will with which she lived her life. Her courageous struggle ended at the age of 74 on January 3, 2006 at the Centenary Health Centre. A very loving mother who taught her children how to laugh and how to love. Forever missed by her daughters, Donna Mikola, Sherry Henderson, Gloria and her husband Kishore Gobin. Very proud Grandmom to Jeremy, Natasha, and Alexis. Dear daughter of Pearl and the late Russell Hurst. Sister of Eddie Hurst, his wife Verna, and children. Will also be remembered by nephew Scott MacCannell and his family. Many thanks to the staff at Ajax-Pickering Hospital who never gave up. Should family and friends so desire, donations to the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.

KINGSTON, Blaine
passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at The Wynfield Nursing Home on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006 at the age of 77. Blaine, predeceased by his loving wife Rita. Dear father of Ann (Ron), Pat (Debbie) and John (Kimberly). Will be fondly missed by his granddaughters Sarah, Madeline, Grace, Brooklyn and grandsons Simon, Mackenzie, William, Ryan and Jack. Brother to Sally Bauman. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at The Wynfield Nursing Home. (Graduate of Clark High School & Sir Sanford Fleming College) Tragically as the result of an automobile accident on Tuesday January 3, 2006 in his 19th year. Kyle, beloved son of Wanda & Paul Secord and stepson of Carol Secord and Gary Chappell. Best big brother of Justin Secord. Cherished grandson of Hilda Elliott, Mary Secord, and Dr. Geoffrey Secord (Sault Ste. Marie). Loved boyfriend of Katelyn Thornton. Dearest nephew of Jim Elliott, Ruth Secord, Margaret Secord and Lois Secord. Step brother of Kaitlin White, Ryan White, Glenn Chappell and Sean Chappell. Kyle will be deeply missed by all of those whose lives he touched.
