Myrtle Iona (Weeks) Grant 96, passed away peacefully on her date of birth, at her residence in Pleasant Ridge Rollingdam May 21, 2004 surronded by her family. Born in Bailey NB, Daughter of the late Levi and Minnie (Fowler) Stewart May 21 1908. Predeceased by her first husband Burton Weeks and second husband Lester Grant and eldest son Douglas Weeks.
Servived by Kenneth (Francis) Weeks, Jean (Ken) Johnson, Grace (Kenny) Cook, Donna (Stevie) Libby, Louise (Ken) Cleghorn, Doris (Roger) Stewart. Also survived by 29 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.

Funeral Service was held from Rockland Drive Baptist Church, McAdam, N.B. on Monday July 26, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor David Ingalls officiating.

Michael was a member of the U.S. Air National Guard, Bangor, Me.

Lois Rowena Jones
The death of Lois Rowena Jones of Wauklehegan Manor, McAdam, NB occurred on 15th of August 2004 in her 89th year.
Born in Fredericton in 1916, she was the eldest child of the late Ludlow Chester Malloy and Brittania (Noble) Malloy. Her paternal grandfather, Peter James Malloy was of UEL ancestry, her maternal grandfather, William Bedford Nobel, was a lumber baron in Sunbury County.
As a child, she lived in Milltown (Charlotte County) and attended local schools. In 1937, she married Harold Theodore Jones and moved to McAdam Junction, where they made their home. She was predeceased by her husband in 1982.
Throughout her life, she was a member of St. Paul s United Church (McAdam), where she sang in the choir, served in the UCW, worked with the Mission Band and supported fund-raising activities. She was a 55 year member and Past Matron of York Chapter #13, Order of the Easter Star (McAdam). For a number of years, she was employed at the CPR Dining Room and later with two McAdam Stores.
She is survived by her daughter Victoria (Vicky) and by her son Theodore (Ted) and his wife Anita; four grandchildren (Stephanie, Brenda, Debra and Adam); five great grandchildren; three nephews and several cousins. Besides her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Jean Cleghorn and her brother, Donald Malloy, both of St. Stephen,
The remains are resting at St. Paul s United Church in McAdam, with visitation on Tuesday from two until four and from seven until nine. The funeral service will take place from the church on Wednesday at 2 PM, the Rev. Ellen Beairsto officiating.
Interment will be in the Rockland Cemetery, McAdam.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to the charity of the donor s choice.

T. Sydney Lord
The death of T. Sydney Lord of St. Andrews, NB occurred unexpectedly after a short illness at Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB, on August 15, 2004 at the age of 80. Born at Pleasant Ridge, NB on September 23, 1923, son of the late Everett and Laura (Johnson) Lord, husband of the late Florence Ethel (Babe Stinson).
Survived by one son, Brian and his wife, Francie of Grand Manan, NB, one daughter, Susan and her husband, Brian Cummings of St. Andrews, NB, grandchildren, Andy Lord and Lori McCullough and great grandson, Andrew McCullough, sisters, Beulah Fullarton and Helena Corning, one brother, Frederick and many nieces and nephews.
Syd was predeceased by one son, Gordon, sister, Thelma McFarlane, brothers, Allen and Melvin and one grandson, Thomas (Tommy) Sydney Lord.
Memorial Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, St. Andrews, NB on Wednesday August 18, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Eric E. Caldwell officiating.
Donations to NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

Born July 25, 1919 in Halifax, daughter of the late Colin & Margaret (Walsh) MacDonald.
Survived by 5 sons; William (Cecilia), Fort McMurray, AB, Colin (Glenna), Fredericton, Christopher (Wendy), Patrick (Kathleen), and John (Willa) all of Campobello Island, 6 daughters; Barbara Smart (Neil), Denyse Smart and Caroline Smart (Adam) all of Fredericton, Elizabeth McAleenan, Janet Craig (Stephen) and Valerie Corbett (Greg) all of St. Andrews. Also survived by 25 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and beloved pets; Bailey and Tess. Predeceased by her husband; Ernest Arthur Smart (1984), daughter; Margaret Eldridge (1996) and brother; William MacDonald (2003).

Willard (Bill) Leroy Matheson
The death of Bill Matheson of St. Stephen, NB occurred on September 24, 2004 at the age of 41.
Bill was a Forest Warden-Conservation Officer with the Department for Natural Resources. He was the son of Roy W. Matheson and Eleanor M. (Irish) Matheson.
Bill is survived by his wife, Angie (Voutt), three daughters, Tiffany, Marlee and Tamara Matheson, his parents, 3 brothers, Richard (Dickie) Matheson (Lynne), Dale Matheson (Denise) and Danny Matheson all of St. Stephen, 3 sisters, Roxanne Barrie of St. Stephen, Crystal Westlake (Shaun) of Chatham, ON, Edna Estey (Stephen) of Oromocto, NB, nieces, Sasha, Kayla, Kerri, Briana and nephews, John, Luke, Nick, Shawn and Patrick.
