She was predeceased by her father Daniel McCarthy and brother Norman McCarthy.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 3rd at 2:00 p.m. from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cathedral, Main Street, The Very Reverend Lorne Gosse officiating. The Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue, Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy flowers or memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer society will be graciously accepted.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mildred Felix announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on Sunday, November 10, 2002 in her 77th year.
She leaves to mourn her brothers-in-law Charles, Robert, and John, sisters-in-law Mary, Augustine, Cecilla, Barbie Florence, Marion, Jessie, Patricia, and Thelma and a large circle of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Patrick.
Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Port au Port West on Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 0 pm from where the Funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, November 13th at 10 am, Father Gerard Patry officiating.
Interment to follow at the church Cemetery, Port au Port East.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mrs. Marjorie Flynn announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, July 6th, 2002 at the age of 77 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children; Herbert (Joan), Cabot (Shirley), Corner Brook, Philip (Doreen), Halifax, NS, Clarence (Marlene), Corner Brook, Suzanne (Clayton), Corner Brook, Sherry, St. John's, Christopher (Cindy), St. John's, and Bruce (Shannon), Alberta. 16 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; two brothers; Herbert Penney (Agnes), and Ronald Penney (Sadie), both of Irishtown; six sisters; Kay Smith (Levi), Corner Brook, Alma Mighton, Geraldine Raynard (Tony), Irishtown, Laura Lidstone, Hughes Brook and Joan House (Cliff), Corner Brook, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relative and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Richard, March 10th, 1998.
Visitation took place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Saturday from 7-9 pm and on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8th, at 2:00 pm from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street, Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. Patrick (Paddy) Flynn
passed away peacefully. Patrick (Paddy) Flynn at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Monday, September 22, 2003 at the age of 88.
A long time fisherman and woodsman he will be sadly missed by his wife Madeline (White) of 63 years; Mary, Pat, Nicholl and little Nicholas; brother Roderick (Susan), West Bay; sister Nora (AI) Marchman, Georgia; Aunt Tessie (Nicholas) Flynn, West Bay as well a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret (Gale) Flynn; brothers: Matthew, Jack, Gus, Aloysiu5, Mike. Hillary, Ramie and by his sister Margaret.
Visitation will begin for friends at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Lourdes on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday 2 - 9 p.m. from where the funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 26th at 10:30 a.m. with Father Ed Terry officiating. passed away suddenly at the Health Science Center, St John's on Monday. Jim Gash of Corner Brook, NL at the age of 50.
Left to mourn, his loving wife Bobbi; sons Jimmy, Jason and Bobby; his mother Ann; brothers Brian, Chris (Melanie), Mark (Cathy), Paul (Paulette) and Joe (Kelly); sisters: Carol (Bill Elford), Marie (Karl Adams), Helen (Gerry Loughoed), Vickil (Craig Burton) and Jean: mother-in-law and father-in-law Grace and Clarke Martin; sisters-in-law: Gwen Dunphey, Pegggy (Dan Sacrey), Susan Martin, Jackie (Tony Duffney) and brother-in-law Roger Martin; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, his co-workers at CBC and a large circle of extended family and friends. Jim was predeceased bt his father Jim Sr. (July 26, 1999) and his brother Terry (December 27, 1987)

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lisa Hancock announce her passing at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on Monday, April 7, 2003. She was in her 32nd year, leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories Mom and Dad, Leonard and Marie Hancock; Brother Leon (Coretta), Sister Lynette (Bruce) and Niece Kristen, Grandmother Mrs. Melsie Roberts and a large circle of Aunts, Uncles, and other family members and friends.
The family received friends at the United Church in Forteau from where the funeral service took place on Wednesday at 2 pm with Rev. Karl Arnold officiating. Interment followed at the United Church Cemetery in Forteau.

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Wayne Legge announce his sudden passing at his family residence in St. George's on Saturday, April 5, 2003 at the age of 54.
He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife, Jean (Virginia); daughter, Tracy, Corner Brook; sons, Stephen, Virginia, USA, Chad, Corner Brook; grandson, Nicholas Woolridge, Stephenville Crossing; mother, Vera (Legge) Matthews; step father, Jack Matthews, both of Stephenville Crossing; mother-in-law, Jessie (Colson) Alexander of St. Georges; sister-in-laws, Mary Spicer, Ontario and Theresa Glover of Southbrook. He is predeceased by his father, Ernest O. Legge and by his sister Dale M. Legge.
Visitation will be held for friends on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at Fillatre's Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, April 8th at 2:00 PM from the St. George's Anglican Church in Robinsons, Rev. Stewart Bellows officiating. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories; daughters Anne (George) Evans, Dr. Diane Messervey both of Barachois Brook; son, David (Pat), St. John's NL; sister Chris Murphy of Whitby, Ontario; Six grandchildren. and six great grandchildren as well a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is predeceased by her parents; Rev. E.A Butter and Caroline Temple; husband Morgan Messervey; sisters Claire Perry and Mollie McPherson; brothers: Temple, Vincent, William and John.
