(nee Graham) Of North Gower, Ontario. passed away on Friday September 10, 2004 while recovering from heart surgery. Born in Port Arthur, Ontario, July 15, 1927, she married Robert W. Bull of Fort William, Ontario, a Lieutenant in the Canadian Armed Forces, who predeceased her in 1988. She is survived by her four children, Rob (Nan), Susan (Jack Moloughney), Carol (Garth Teskey) and James, grandchildren Andrea, Robbie, David, Bryan, Tatiana, Alison and Colin, and relatives in Northern Ireland. Eileen was loved and cherished by her family and will be missed by all. She spent part of her childhood in Northern Ireland, graduated from the University of Manitoba, starting her career as a dietitian at McKellar Hospital in Thunder Bay, Ontario in 1953. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Doctors and staff of the Heart Institute for their excellent care. Born in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, served with distinction in the British Merchant Navy, immigrated to Canada in 1953, long-time public servant with the National Research Council, honourary lifetime member of the Britannia Yacht Club. Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (Retired) Peacefully at the Perley Rideau Veteran s Health Centre on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of the late Gwen. Devoted father to Deane Corneil (the late Robbie) and Branth Buckwell (Ruth). Loving Paw of granddaughter Jenny Selby (Roger). Buck was a career Army Officer, WW II veteran and served in many international positions. He retired in 1968 and joined the Federal Department of Agriculture, retiring in 1984. Paw was a true renaissance man, clear-minded, skilled at hand, well read and had a great sense of humour and fun. He had just published his latest book The History Of The Buckwell Family . Buck will be greatly missed. A sincere THANK YOU to the staff of the Perley Rideau Veteran s Health Centre. A Memorial will be held on Monday, March 15th at 11 a.m. in the auditorium of the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre, 1750 Russell Road, Ottawa. Formerly of Montreal, died suddenly in Ottawa on Monday 8 March 2004 in his 82nd year, a life that came through its arc to maturity. Clifton Beck was the husband of Betty Beck (nee Reilley) whom he loved dearly. Those who mourn with her include daughter Catherine, daughter Beverly Lemire, son-in-law Morris Lemire, granddaughter Shannon Lemire, son Martin Cote-Beck, daughter-in-law Celine Cote-Beck, and grandchildren Catitlin, Timon and Nathan Beck. Friends and colleagues are missing him also. RCAF pilot at age 19 (1941-44); corporate secretary with Dominion Textiles, Montreal (!952-82); passionately devoted to wild birds, birding and natural ecology (1950-2004). At Clif s request, there will be no funeral. His family will celebrate his life creatively. You may celebrate his life, too, by protecting and regenerating spaces for indigenous wild species.

He also enjoyed musical symphonies, opera and his 3 row button accordian and many acclaimed he was a scholar and a gentleman. She was predeceased by brothers Leo (Barbara), Jerome (the late Claudette), and sister Rita (the late Lorne). Predeceased by his son James Edward. Grandfather to Jenner Kraatz and her partner Shayne Barker of London, ON, Jocelyn Kraatz and her partner Justin Edwards of London, ON. Chick served his country, the Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery, and touched the lives and hearts of hundreds of friends and service persons. A memorial service will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore Drive and Baseline Road), Nepean at 1100 hrs, Saturday, 28 February 2004. In memoriam donations to the Royal Canadian Artillery Museum, CFB Shilo, Manitoba,or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
