Jack D. Ainsworth, 54, of Loveland, died Aug. 14, 2000, at McKee Medical Center in Loveland.
Mr. Ainsworth was born May 23, 1946, in Cordell, Okla., to Robert B. and Annie L. Lewis Ainsworth. He graduated from Cordell High School in 1964 and served in the U.S. Army from November 1965 to November 1967.
Mr. Ainsworth moved to Berthoud from Cordell and established Ainsworth Roofing with his brother.
On April 20, 1968, he married Sharon L. Whitzel in Berthoud.
In 1990, Mr. Ainsworth began work for Eberl's Claim Service as an insurance adjuster.
Mr. Ainsworth was a past master of the Loveland Masonic Lodge No. 53 AF&AM and a member of the Loveland Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon L. Ainsworth of Loveland; a daughter, Andrea Mattson and husband Rick of Loveland; grandchildren Nicole and Shawna Mattson of Loveland; three brothers, John Ainsworth and wife Dianna of Loveland, Raymond Ainsworth of Clinton, Okla., and Jerry Ainsworth and wife Joyce of Irving, Texas; three sisters, LaRue Elledge and husband Robert "Bob" of Ardmore, Okla., Lelia Garcia of Cordell, and Toni Robinson and husband Dale of Cordell; father-in-law Si Whitzel of Loveland; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Annie Ainsworth; six brothers, Bob, Joe, Claude, Wade, Don and Hershell Ainsworth; and two sisters, Virginia Nix and Velda "Peggy" McKenzie.
Viewing will be 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home and at the conclusion of services Saturday.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Valley Assembly of God, First Street and Wilson Avenue, with the Rev. Bill Beard of Valley Assembly of God and the Rev. Doyle Roark of the Assembly of God in Cordell officiating.
Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Assembly of God or to the charity of the donor's choice.

BATH:
Henry Bath of Loveland. Visitation Sunday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Allnutt-Hunter Chapel. Funeral service Monday 10:30 a.m. at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel. Burial at Loveland Burial Park.
Henry Bath, 75, a lifelong resident of Loveland, died Aug. 8, 2000, at his home.
He was born Aug. 7, 1925, in Loveland to Conrad Bath Sr. and Mary Katherine Gettman Bath.
Mr. Bath graduated from Loveland High School, where he played football on the 1942 state champion team.
He joined the U.S. Navy in 1943 and served in the South Pacific during World War II as a signalman. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 41 in Loveland.
He worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a postal clerk for 21 years, retiring in 1986.
He enjoyed traveling and had traveled to Europe with his sister, Lydia, six times. He also toured the Panama Canal twice. Mr. Bath also enjoyed fishing and gardening, and he was a member of the First Congregational Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Conrad Bath Jr. and George Bath, both of Loveland; and two sisters, Lydia Winters of Wheat Ridge, and Mollie Deines of Loveland.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel, with the Rev. Don R. Laue officiating.
Burial will be at Loveland Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Congregational Church in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, 80538.

CAPUTA:
Anthony "Tony" Caputa, 50, of Loveland, died Aug. 11, 2000.
He was born Dec. 5, 1949, in St. Louis, Mo., to Frank and Dorothy Lee Caputa. He graduated from the Missouri Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program, second in his class. He married Michelle Totten on Sept. 9, 1995, in St. Louis.
He owned and operated Caputa Construction in Boulder from 1976 to 1995. After moving to Loveland, he worked for Local Union 510.
Mr. Caputa moved to Boulder in 1976 and to Loveland in 1996.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Boulder. He enjoyed spending time with family, fishing and his Harley Davidson motorcycles.
Mr. Caputa is survived by his wife, Michelle Caputa of Loveland; two daughters, Jennifer Sheridan and husband David of Loveland, and Renee May and husband Stacey of Salt Lake City, Utah; parents, Frank and Dorothy Caputa of St. Louis; two brothers, Robert Caputa and wife Michelle of St. Louis, and Steve Caputa and wife Julie of Robertsville, Mo.; two sisters, Colleen Hacker and husband Tom of St. Charles, Mo., and Mary Caputa of Longmont; three grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
Cremation will be conducted.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St. in Longmont. Chaplain Allen Elder will officiate.
Family requests blood donations rather than charity contributions.

CLARK:
Donald Wayne Clark, 79, of Van Buren, Ark., formerly of Fort Collins, died Aug. 14, 2000 in a hospital in Van Buren.
He was born Oct. 8, 1920, in Menlo, Iowa. He lived in Sheridan, Wyo., and Fort Collins before moving to Van Buren in 1998.
Mr. Clark served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was a member of the Christian Church.
Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, Marjorie Clark of Van Buren; four sons, Richard Clark of Fort Collins, Thomas Clark of Fort Pierce, Fla., Harry Clark of Sheridan, and Peter Clark of Granbury, Texas; two daughters, Donna Clark of Greeley, and Jo Ann McFarland of Van Buren; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be conducted. There are no services scheduled.
Ocker Funeral Home, Inc. in Van Buren, is in charge of arrangements.

DANIELSON:
Lena Danielson, 82, of Fort Collins, died Aug. 15, 2000, in Fort Collins.
Mrs. Danielson was born Dec. 24, 1917, in Galeton, to Milford Newton Nix and Mary F. Twiggs Nix. She graduated from Eaton High School in 1935. While a student at the school, she lettered in track.
On April 11, 1936, she married Lloyd Danielson in Eaton.
A former resident of Kersey, Mrs. Danielson had been a Fort Collins resident since 1963. She was a homemaker and worked as a retail sales clerk as well as in the Poudre School District.
Mrs. Danielson was a member of Faith Evangelical Free Church, the Silver and Gold Club and the Northern Colorado Swedish Heritage Society. She enjoyed singing with the Larimer County Chorale and her church choir. She also loved playing the piano and spending time with her children, grandchildren and other family members.
Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Danielson of Fort Collins; two sons, David L. Danielson of Fort Collins, and Terry Danielson of Fort Collins; a daughter, Linda Williams of Loveland; three brothers, Tillman Nix of Apple Valley, Calif., Forrest "Frosty" Nix of Boulder, and York Nix of Eaton; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Woodrow Nix.
Visitation will be noon to 8 p.m. Thursday at Allnutt Funeral Service's Drake Road Chapel in Fort Collins.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Faith Evangelical Free Church, with the Rev. Forest Saylor officiating.
Burial will be in Eaton Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Evangelical Free Church Building Fund in care of Allnutt Funeral Service.

DONAHUE-DENTON:
Renee Donahue-Denton of Loveland. Memorial service 3 p.m. Friday at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel.
Renee Donahue-Denton, 42, of Loveland, died Aug. 12, 2000, at her home.
She was born Aug. 9, 1958, in Dorchester, Mass., to Francis and Germaine Laplant Moran. She graduated from Ashland High School in Ashland, Mass.
On Dec. 27, 1986, she married Robert Donahue in Sudbury, Mass.
She later married Dennis V. Denton May 29, 2000, in Loveland.
Mrs. Donahue-Denton worked at several restaurants in Loveland, including the Black Steer and Gray's Cafe. A Loveland resident since 1990, she was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.
Mrs. Donahue-Denton loved playing pool and hiking. She enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and going to concerts. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her children.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis V. Denton, of Loveland; parents Francis and Germaine Moran of Spring Hill, Tenn.; sons Robert Donahue Jr. of Loveland, and Christopher Donahue of Loveland; brothers Dennis Moran of Framingham, Mass., Kevin Moran of San Antonio, Texas, and Timothy Moran of Franklin, Mass.; and sister Susan Chapman of Ashland, Mass.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Friday at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel, the Rev. Michael Lundgren officiating.
Cremation will be conducted.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Renee Donahue-Denton Memorial Fund in care of Allnutt-Hunter Chapel.

EMMONS:
Robert Clark Emmons of Loveland. Survivors include wife, Kathleen Emmons; son, Kenneth Russell Emmons; daughter, Ana Nicole Emmons; grandparents, Clark and Dorothy Emmons, Barbara Cundiff; parents, Russell and Barb Emmons, Juanita DeBrot and special friend, Lon Burke; brothers, Steve Emmons, Michael Emmons, Bradley Emmons; father- and mother-in-law, Ken and Jean Johnson; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Scott and Lydia Johnson, Cindy and Joe Kelly, Brian and Debbie Johnson; aunts and uncles, Bruce and Georgianna Kelly (also godparents;) George and Peggy Cundiff, David and Dora Cundiff, Patty Cundiff, Raymond and Debra Cundiff, Molly and R.C. Bonde, Ronald and Carol Cundiff, Barbara and Matt Price , Kevin and Lauren Cundiff, Chad and Dawn Cundiff, Shirley and Jimmy Rizzoli, Ron and Bobbie Emmons; nieces and nephews, Patrick and Megan Kelly, Craig and Lauren Johnson, Benjamin, Brett and Andrew Johnson, Stephanie Emmons. Survived by numerous cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 16, 10 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Robert Emmons Memorial Fund in care of Home State Bank which will be used for Kenny and Ana.
Robert Clark Emmons, 29, of Loveland, died Aug. 13, 2000, at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins.
He was born March 10, 1971, in Santa Barbara, Calif., to Russell "Rusty" Emmons and Juanita Cundiff Emmons.
He moved to Loveland in 1973, from California. He graduated from Loveland High School in 1990, and attended Hays College in Kansas. He married Kathleen Johnson on May 29, 1993. He farmed with his brother-in-law.
Mr. Emmons was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Loveland for seven years. He sang in the choir, taught Sunday school and served on many committees.
He enjoyed singing and was to have played the lead role in "Mikado." He also sang with the Estes Park Oratorio Society. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, baseball, playing with the church softball team, farming and being with his family and children.
Mr. Emmons is survived by his wife, Kathleen Emmons, of Loveland; a son, Kenneth Russell Emmons, of Loveland; a daughter, Ana Nicole Emmons, of Loveland; his mother, Juanita Cundiff DeBrot, of Loveland; father and stepmother, Russell "Rusty" Emmons and Barb Emmons, of Loveland; three brothers, Steve, Michael and Bradley Emmons, all of Loveland; grandparents, Barbara Cundiff, of Loveland, and Clark and Dorothy Emmons, of Lompoc, Calif.; father- and mother-in-law, Ken and Jean Johnson, of Loveland.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Gilbert Santiago and the Rev. Ed Smith will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Home State Bank for a trust fund for his children, Kenny and Ana.
Northern Colorado Crematory, Inc. in Greeley, is in charge of arrangements.

Cremation has been conducted, with interment Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif. Memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Unit at Sierra Vista Health Care Center in care of Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home.
Hazel M. Graves, 91, of Loveland, died Aug. 15, 2000, at Sierra Vista Health Care Center in Loveland.
She was born Oct. 30, 1908, in Boulder, to Eugene L. and Florence Smith Potter. The family moved to Grover from Boulder and then to Windsor, where she graduated from high school. She obtained a teaching certificate from Colorado State Teacher's College, now the University of Northern Colorado.
She married Howard "Ross" Graves, formerly of Windsor, on June 21, 1930, in Los Angeles, Calif. They were completely devoted to one another. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with relatives in Colorado in the summer of 1980. They lived in the Los Angeles area until his death on Oct. 15, 1991.
Mrs. Graves was a homemaker and pianist. She enjoyed music immensely, the Rocky Mountains and traveling.
Mrs. Graves is survived by a sister-in-law, Lydia Potter of Windsor; a brother-in-law, Frank Schermerhorn and family of Reseda, Calif.; two nieces, Carol Potter Pomranka and husband Don of Loveland, and Jean Potter Maxwell of Santa Rosa, Calif.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, Chester and C. Wilbur Potter.
Cremation has been conducted. Interment will be at a later date next to her husband in Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, Calif.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Unit at Sierra Vista Health Care Center in care of Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home.

HALSTENGARD:
Thomas P. Halstengard of Fort Collins. Graveside services 11 a.m. Saturday at Loveland Burial Park. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment Loveland Burial Park.
Thomas P. Halstengard, 52, of Fort Collins, died July 25, 2000, in Chicago, Ill.
Mr. Halstengard was born April 13, 1948, in Chicago to Thomas and Theodora Murphy Halstengard.
He is survived by several relatives including his parents, Thomas and Teddi Halstengard of Loveland; and daughter Kristen Halstengard of Loveland.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Loveland Burial Park, the Rev. Glen Schlect officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Daughters of American Veterans Association in care of Allnutt-Hunter Chapel.

JENSEN:
Shannon (Rasmuson) Jensen, 28, of Windsor. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today at First Christian Church, 2000 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland. Any memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia Association in care of Goes Funeral Care.
Shannon Kay Rasmuson Jensen, 28, of Windsor, died from a form of Hodgkin's disease Aug. 11, 2000, at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
Shannon Rasmuson was born Dec. 1, 1971, in Fort Collins. She attended schools in Fort Collins. In 1990, she graduated from Rocky Mountain High School, where she was a member of the varsity softball team.
On Sept. 12, 1998, she married Greg Jensen at the First Christian Church in Loveland, where the couple were members.
She worked as an insurance agent at Riedman Corp. in Fort Collins. Mrs. Jensen enjoyed camping, four-wheeling, crafting and scrapbooking.
Survivors include her husband, Greg Jensen of Windsor; parents Mike and Sandy Rasmuson of Fort Collins; sister Melissa Johnson and husband Tim of Greeley; mother- and father-in-law Nordy and Alice Jensen of Golden; grandparents Walt and Maxine Rasmuson of Fort Collins; one nephew; one uncle; and one aunt.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church, 2000 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society of America in care of Goes Funeral Care, 3665 Canal Drive, Suite B, Fort Collins, 80524.
